"Check-in was a long process. Very slow moving line, long convoluted process. given a room right near elevator which was very loud"

"Everyone was incredibly sweet and helpful. My only nitpick would be the hallways were ridiculously warm. Granted, I stayed in April; however, it had to be in the high 70s or even low 80s in the hallways and elevators. The hotel room itself was probably the cleanest room I have ever stayed in amidst my travels. I would definitely stay there again the next time I visit the area."

"It’s was nice and clean and views were beautiful! However they charged me twice for the 200.00 Deposit and when I showed them they apologized and said it would be back on my card in 10/15 days! I explained that I wasn’t expecting to be charged 2x and the second 200.00$ was my going home money. Back to the US and states away at that. He said that sometimes when the system runs audits it thinks you didn’t pay and charges again, and there was nothing he could do! I was extremely upset and it ruined my trip Because it was eat or make it home the last day I was there "

"Each hotel room is NOT able to control it's temperature during spring/fall as the entire building must switch between Heat/AC on a particular date. This system is common in some condos, but is not acceptable in a hotel of this 'quality' and price. We woke up each morning with our rooms at +30 degrees C (86 degrees F). I say 'wake up', but we were unable to sleep in that heat. We ended up sleeping with our doors open to take cool air from the hallway. The temperature outside was below-seasonal at about 12 degrees C. Had we encountered warm weather (Not unusual in spring.) I'm sure the rooms would have been completely unbearable. A Hilton braded property should have a heat pump in each room so that guests can enjoy a temperature that allows them to sleep comfortably. "

"Very clean room and building was bright, and newer looking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was great. They have a bigger area for breakfast serving by menu or buffet style. We were very pleased with our stay. A couple of things that we found were the bathroom was small and not much room to put your toiletries for 2 people. Also the elevator was always busy. Other than that it was perfect especially since the Theatre we were attending was right across the street. All in all a great place."
