"We stayed for 3 nights. We had ants and gnats in our room. We told the staff, they offered to move us. We declined so they came in and sprayed. The tv is not a smart enough tv. We were unable to use our apps, the picture was fuzzy also. The carpet in our room was very dirty. The mirror was cracked. The overall cleanliness was good. The room is just seen better day. Breakfast was a nice selection. Parking is limited. We had to park in another businesses lot overnight which we did not care for. "

"This property is awful. The lobby, if you can call it that, was dingy and smelly, and also felt very unsafe. We opened the door to the room and it smelled very musty. The last straw was the hair in the drain of the tub. We picked up our bags and left immediately and went to another hotel. Do not book this hotel, it is simply awful!"

"There was leftover food in the refrigerator and it was dirty. Carpet was very dirty. Bathroom was super dirty and not maintained at all. I will never go back to this property. We almost paid $400 for one night which was not worth it at all. I would even pay $50 for this room."

"I paid almost $300 for a room and because I have my medical card and they could smell the dispensary product after I walked out, they charged me $250.00 for a smoking fee and when I tried to explain the situation to the general manager, I got jerked around the first day then the second day put on hold and hung up on and constantly put back on hold. I can be seen on camera going outside to smoke my vape and my husband to smoke his black and mild numerous times. Now anyone who smokes black and mild knows that you roll it and pour out some of the guts then bend the top back. Again I tried to explain this to the general manager who was raving about housekeeping pictures but there is no ash. Find an ash I dare you. I am legally aloud to have my product with me while at a hotel. As long as I don't smoke it in the room. I am aloud to break it apart to fill my vape and then take it outside. They have no real proof of smoking. As I said there is no ash. Just crumbs of a cigar in a trash can and maybe something may have escaped onto the floor. These people have no idea what they are talking about. They just assume from a smell then charge all that money. This is so unfair. I at this point am willing to hire a lawyer for this $250 charge. It may cost more to do so but it just isn't right when you know you are 1000 percent innocent and no one will listen even when you nicely try to explain you just get ignorance in return. ."
