The condo was spacious, clean and having three full bathrooms was amazing! We didn't spend much time in the resort as we were busy visiting Disney and Universal which were only a short drive away. Check in and out were easy. There was a very large bees' nest on the porch, so we were not able to sit outdoors. The management company was very responsive and contacted pest control. This was obviously something that could happen anywhere and with the high temperatures, we were not likely to sit outdoors much anyway. One thing I didn't expect that others should know is that you are not guaranteed access to the pools. I discovered the day before our arrival that pool access cards are limited and distributed to guests on a first come, first served basis. I was able to get one but it did cause some concern and required having to drive to the property management office which is off site during their business hours to retrieve our card. It was an inconvenience but it wouldn't deter me from returning to this condo as it was great space for my family. It's good to know, however, if you are expecting to spend time at the pools. The management company is aware of this challenge is reported that they are always trying to work with the resort to obtain more cards for guests. Hopefully it will get better in the future.
