Lovely villa, excellent location, and great communication

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was just like in the photos, well equipped, and in a great location. Windsor Hills was a lovely gated community, and it was very handy to use the shop and grill bar when we arrived after a long flight from the UK. The communication was great, with our questions being quickly answered plus we were kept up to date with events at the clubhouse. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Beautiful Property Convenient to Disney!

Our family of four (daughters 11&12yo, husband, and I) had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for 6 nights last week. The house is beautiful and clean, and the living spaces are very comfortable. The owner is very communicative, super accommodating and kind. The property was close enough to Disney that we were able to take ride shares to and from Disney at a reasonable cost. The house is in a gated community, which was a nice added bonus, especially as my husband wasn’t able to join us until mid week. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the near future!

Great home for a large or extended family (or families). Wonderful location.

We are experienced theme-parkers and have rented homes in the area for the last 20 years. This was one of the best - location-wise and amenities-wise. It had it all. The Windsor Hills neighborhood is close to parks and full of its own amenities (water park, regular parks, etc.). It's a gated community and feels very safe. It is close to the parks and lots of dining and other recreational and shopping opportunities. The house itself was wonderful - just like the photos! The layout was perfect for our 3-generation family - enough space for everyone to spread out, but also lots of common areas to share family time. The pool and hot tub were great. The games room was spectacular. Communication with the owner was excellent. He is extremely responsive and good to deal with. We will not hesitate to stay in this home again in the future. For sure 5 out of 5 stars!!

Great Holiday

This was our sixth stay at Windsor Hills and was the best villa so far. First part of the review, Windsor Hills: If you want a nice safe gated community with good facilities on site and within 5 minutes you have a large choice of restaurants. For groceries you have Walmart just down the road or an extra 5 mins Publix or Target to choose from. Proximity to the Disney Parks you can't get better, Animal Kingdom on a quiet day is less than 10mins from leaving the villa to parking there. Which is good for us with our disabled daughter if someone has to come back early with her, it's not far to go back later to pick up the rest of the group. Second part, The Villa: The villa has very good facilities. For keeping you entertained, TV's in every room, good cable TV, internet link great and good games room. Domestic appliances, all good. Great pool with the best hot tub we've had from all the villas, great to relax in the evening after a hard day of pushing a wheelchair around the parks all day. A couple of maintenance issue, but sorted with no problems. As everyone else has said Ron is very communicative and helpful.

Great resort location and lovely comfortable home for our family vacation

We had a great time staying in this lovely home! Clean and comfortable, well equipped and plenty of space and everything we needed for our family stay. We especially loved the pool, hot tub and games room. Great location for Disney parks and so many shops and restaurants are so close by. The host Ron has been brilliant from start to finish with great communication, tips and advice, he answered any questions I had straight away, always very helpful and nothing is too much trouble! I would definitely recommend this lovely home!

Vacation to remember

Despite being in the direct line of hurricane Milton, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation home. The owner Ron and property manager David were quick to answer our questions and calm our fears. The game room and heated pool gave the kids a great place to play while the theme parks were closed for 1-1/2 days. The location in relation to the parks, shopping, & restaurants was the cherry on top. I highly recommend this home for your next visit to Orlando!

Fantastic Stay

From the moment we checked in til the time we left, everything was as expected! Thanks to Ron for a smooth check-in process and providing everything we needed througout the week. The house was clean, the pool and hot tub were amazing and our overall experience was a 10. Thanks for sharing your house with our family. We will be back.
