2 weeks of paradise

We stayed at this villa for the our whole 14 day stay, it was exactly what we were looking for.The gated community it’s in ‘Formosa Gardens’ is made up of lots of other stunning homes.This villa is really private, no neighbours oversee the garden/pool area, this is something we really wanted.It had everything we needed, plenty of towels, plates etc.

Just like home away from home

Beautiful, comfortable, home with all the amenities. Themed rooms were perfect for our star wars, marvel fan family. We had extra long days adventuring and it felt just like coming home everynight.Quiet and safe neighborhood

Amazing Stay

This was by far one of my favorite properties I’ve stayed at, I went with my family including my 4 children and it was very homey, very clean and overall just great. The Disney park’s were just a 15 min drive I would definitely recommend staying at this home.

Fantastic Home Away from Home

We stayed at this house for a quick family trip to Disney and LOVED every minute we had in the house. Everything was as listed and pictured on the listing, and more so. The game room and hot tub were especially important to us as they helped us revive and re-energize each night before hitting the parks the next day. We also loved the pool-side movie projection screen which worked to perfection and had and exceedingly crisp and clear picture! Andrea was equally attentive and responsive before, during, and after our stay. We will absolutely look to stay here again on future Disney trips and recommend the home to any family. Thank you, Andrea, very much!

Very pleasant stay

Highly recommend this location. Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay very much. The house has everything you need including a beautiful lanai and pool. Our minor questions were answered very quickly. Location is great — tons of food and grocery options within 1-2 miles. It’s very close to Disney — we spent our time at Universal and it was an easy drive there (25-35 minutes depending on traffic).

Excellent house for theme park adventure

The house was excellent for our group of 5 which included teens and tweens. The house was spotless and came with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We spent most of our time at theme parks, but the pool, hot tub, and outdoor tv got a lot of use. The host was very responsive and accommodating , especially since we were scheduled to arrive during hurricane Milton! Luckily the house was unharmed and our flights only delayed so we’re still able to enjoy our trip. Thank you for allowing us to use your fabulous home!

Awesome house for family

We enjoyed the house and all It’s extra amenities it had to offer. The kids were in awe of the game room and all the big tv’s. Unfortunately it rained every night so we couldn’t use the big screen by the pool. Highly recommend this listing for anyone traveling with kids.

Relaxing home away from home

We stayed here for a dance competition. This was ample space for our family of four with each kid getting their own bedroom and bathroom. Could have definitely shared with another family. We loved hanging by the pool and watching movies on the outdoor projector, as well as the game room. The house was recently updated, very clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy a great stay. Host was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. It was the perfect place to relax after all of our busy activities in Orlando!

Spacious, comfortable and convenient!

We stayed with 6 adults and 6 kids 7-13. There was plenty of comfortable space. The kids loved the game room and pool area. It is conveniently located. Host had excellent communication. We had a hot tub issue that was quickly resolved after reaching out. Definitely would recommend for families!

Nice family vacay!

We enjoyed our family stay in this nice home! It had all the amenities of being at home ! It was very clean and in a very good location, close to shopping, dining and Disney!! We all had a great time!! Any questions or concerns I had, which was really nothing, were answered very promptly!

Wonderful week on Orlando

Enjoyed being close to the parks in a safe and gated neighborhood for early morning walks. Some of the technology (Roku) is dated but there were TVs in each room, great Pool, well equipped kitchen. Don’t hesitate to book!

So clean!

My family of five (3 generations) stayed here late Feb for one week. Easy check-in, well stocked home, nice pool and great lanai layout. Location very good for parks etc…but lots of traffic (to be expected). Small children’s pool was biggest hit for my 2 year old granddaughter. House was SO clean (and I am very particular). My interactions with owners was prompt and complete. Would recommend highly!

Son’s Senior Trip to Disney

This house was absolutely perfect for our two families! No major issues, super responsive host when we had questions, short drive to the parks, and close to anything we needed (Pharmacy, Walmart, restaurants, etc). Lovely, safe feeling neighborhood, so sad to leave! Highly recommend this house/host!

Family/friend vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Close to restaurants, stores and about 25-45 minute drive to Universal Studios. All depends on time of day and traffic. Quiet location and plenty of room for 2 families. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Owner is very responsive to questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location - Nice House

We have rented homes several times during our travels and we know what to expect in vacation home rentals. We recently rented this property for our 5 member family vacation. Our overall impressions were good, but with small little things addressed it could bring this rental property to a GREAT rental. We loved the gated community location. We loved the separation of the bedrooms and the layout of the home. The backyard and the game room were a hit with everyone and we enjoyed spending time there. The kitchen was large enough to have 3-4 people in the kitchen even during food/drink preparations. Remember to bring basic cooking items (oils/spices/etc) Issues that we feel need some attention by the owners and property management: Pest Control: When we arrived the overall home was clean and presentable, but we did find ants in the master bathroom. Jacuzzi tub needs proper cleaning between rentals, as this was noticed. Basic home items: As the rental contract states, you will only get basic items. 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. 1 roll of paper towels for kitchen. Though this is stated in the contract, this would be the first rental property we stayed at that did not have a 2nd roll of those items. Bathrooms have soap dispensers...with NO soap (just decorations). We also encountered that the toilets need deep cleaning to remove residue odors. No dresser storage for clothing in bedrooms, just end tables. Owners restrict the a/c to 72 degrees. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and only 2 box fans. This should be adjusted to a lower temp for future renters, as our family slept uncomfortably every-night. Contract states, basic TV. That is correct and VERY misleading. The TV's are all RuKu based and frustrating to our family as there is no guides provided to renters for this setup. A basic hotel provides a TV channel guide. We wanted to watch local TV for sports and news and this wasn't an option and the apps installed had to have subscriptions to watch and there was no access to free basic TV. If it was available, there is NO guide to assist renters. This was a big issue that needs to be addressed by the owner and property management. For the price point, our stay overall stay was nice and the location was perfect for quick access to the parks and activities. This property could easily receive a 5-star recommend rental property with minor improvements.

Great villa in a great area. Stylish and clean with all amenities we needed. Location was ideal for us as it was close to Disney. The one thing I would suggest is the owners look to replace the mattresses as they were very bouncy and not good for me as a light sleeper. Whenever my husband moved slightly in bed through the night it bounced so much it woke me every time for the whole 2 weeks. My daughter and husband had a similar issue with the other king bed. But I have given 5 stars because all in all it was a super villa.

Disney vacation

Wonderful property very close to Disney. We have stayed at other places in the area before which were great, but this home is now our favorite. The location, home layout, amenities were perfect. I have nothing but positive things to say. The owners were extremely responsive to any inquiries. We look forward to staying again.
