A Spacious and Functional Home for Everyone

Sleeps up to 21: With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, our two-story villa is the largest in our collection.

Private Pool: Enjoy the screened-in pool with a child safety fence.

Open Layout: The first floor features an open-concept design that connects the kitchen, dining room, and family room, with two direct entrances to the pool deck.

Entertainment: On the second floor, you'll find an additional spacious loft, perfect for family activities and game nights.

Bedroom Configuration:

First Floor: Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed + attached shared full bathroom.

Second Floor: Bedroom 2: 1 King bed (private bath), Bedroom 3: 2 Queen beds (private bath), Bedroom 4: 1 double-over-twin bunk bed + toddler bed (shared full bath), Bedroom 5: 1 double-over-double bunk bed (shared full bath), Bedroom 6: 2 double beds (full bath right down the hall).

Parking: Free on-site parking is available. Please do not park on the grass or block the sidewalk. No commercial vehicles are allowed.

Resort Registration: All guests and drivers must register with the resort gate attendant to access the community and clubs. A valid driver's license or photo ID is required. You will receive an orange pass that you must display for access.

Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

Early check-ins or late check-outs cannot be guaranteed.

Welcome Supplies: We provide a starter kit with basic items like hand soap, toilet paper, shower gel, and a dish sponge. These supplies are limited and may not last for your entire stay.

Pool Heating (Optional):

$40 per day (2-night minimum).

Request at least 48 hours in advance.

The heater can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature (max 95°F / 35°C) and is not effective in cold weather.

Pets: No pets are allowed. Charges and eviction without a refund will be applied if an unauthorized pet is discovered.

Package Delivery: We recommend using courier services like DHL, FedEx, or Amazon, as the postal service (USPS) often does not recognize vacation rental addresses.

Cleaning Service: Professional cleaning before and after your arrival is included. You can request an additional mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
