Family trip

Overall the house was exactly like the pictures. Rooms a good size, beds are comfy, house was clean! We did encounter 4 german roaches during our weekend stay. We paid extra for the grill and there was no propane. We had to go get propane at 8pm and was only offered a refund for the propane. The inconvenience should have resulted in refund of the grill as well. There also are not enough towels to accomdate the amount of people the house sleeps. So bring your own towels! Other than that we had a grewt family trip.

The neighborhood was great but there was some lacks: The home theater was not available as stated in the contract, the kids room with 5 beds did not exist, the pool was not cleaned (I wonder if we left the house uncleaned, would have been an extra charge?) and communication and service was a little slow: bathroom problem at night, help happened not before 10 am. I wondered if it was the same house I spent my money on. Very safe environment, the kids had a blast, that's what we were there for. Thanks a lot but I need my credit for the mis-information included in the advertisement, home theater and 5 beds kids bedroom.
