A comfortable home in a great location

Our holiday was planned at fairly short notice. This home provided us with a very clean and comfortable place to stay located in a Resort area we know very well. The ideal base for some overdue R&R.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything promised was exceptional. It was hard getting my grandson out of the pool. Kitchen was well organized. Everything was very clean and stylish. With security it is a safe, quiet place.surrounding area is nice. I highly recommend.

Charming, pristine house in Reunion Resort

This lovely townhouse was all we could have asked for and more. It was super clean and tastefully decorated and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It wasn’t too deep into the resort which made for a quick exit to run errands or head out to the parks. It had a cute little private pool, several porches for lounging, and walking trails nearby. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

The property was great, everything was as advertised. We did have one issue with one of the television’s but it seemed to just be because it needed to be replaced “wouldn’t shut off “ not a big deal as it was in one of the bedrooms. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice easy stay.

Great location!

Great location, We were in town for a wedding. The home is great and just as described in the listing. It is within the Reunion community, which is lovely. The property is well maintained, and only minutes away from a mall with a grocery store and all you need to stock up on. Richard, Samuel and Kristy were a pleasure to deal with. Good rental in Disney area

Good place. Clean. All BedR's upstairs. Great area (Reunion Resort). Having the bikes was nice. Great area for riding. VERY near lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. Nice pool but pool area furniture needs update. Ditto chairs on second floor balcony where overhead fan doesnt work. Overall a very good place to stay.

From arrival to departure was all wonderful. Management prompt to questions and resolutions. A gracious act of kindness. Very quiet safe neighborhood with wonderful neighbors on either side. Nice place to stay

The villa is a nice place to stay. It was clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. Beds were very comfortable which is much appreciated after busy days in Orlando. The location is good also with many restaurants in close driving distance. I would note though that although we knew the villa was a road sode location, not knowing the resort, we assumed the roads would be just access roads to the different sections of villas but the road is like a main road with alot of passing traffic. Its only 25mph but this was not adhered to and the constant traffic noise when laid by the pool was irritating. Obviously this is nothing that the villa owner can control but something to be aware of if, like us, you like a nice quiet relaxing lay by the pool.

Conveniently Located to Reunions 3 Golf Courses

This property was clean & I paid for the pool to be heated. Worth it. Fully equipped with everything. Only thing you need to do, bring your own Bath soap. Publix is nearby. It was just my husband & I. I did contact Fairway Villas about a direct TV issue, they came and took care of it. The house is really nice. I would rent this again & bring my whole family. Thank you!!

Quiet and Safe Location

Our original property canceled on us and we were able to get this home last minute. We are so glad we found this one; the property was clean and ready earlier than expected for check-in. The check-in process was seamless. We were traveling with 5 teen girls (15 year old) for their spring break trip to WDW. The girls loved the heated pool after a long day at the parks and enjoyed ping pong games in the detached garage. I enjoyed the large garden tub in the master to soothe my aching joints. One suggestion - the trundle bed is difficult to get out with the night stand in the third bedroom. My daughter just slept on the floor. Consider reconfiguring that room to make the trundle bed easier to get out and put away in the morning, since the bed side table is quite heavy. This home is in a great location close to the parks with all the amenities we were looking for. We would stay again without hesitation.

I was attending a large trade show at the convention center and my assistant found the property. One thing we learned - during the day, the time to get to the center varied from 30 minutes to 1 hour and sadly we needed to be closer but the home is beautiful and well cared for. Make sure you pack toiletries' if you are staying. Other VRBO's had those in the homes. We were not prepared and did not have time to ship so we had to make so. Other than those small things, we recommend the property.

Stayed here with my husband, father, and special needs brother. It was really great. Any minor issues we had were fixed immediately. The only thing I would've liked was a few cleaning supplies to be able to wipe things down and stuff. Otherwise, everything was as expected. We had a great time.
