Nice house management companies suck

The house was clean and well stocked. However, we got checked in after 10pm and didn't notice until the next morning that the private pool had started to grow green algae. This was reported to Vacasa early the day after we checked in. Contacted Vacasa and was told they opened a ticket with the local management company and would receive updates. The pool got progressively worse and greener each day. This was reported each day with pictures included with no response from local management company, no updates or followup of any kind from either vacasa or local management company. So if you are wanting to use the private pool I would suggest renting through someone else. I would also suggest to the owner that they choose another company with which to list their property. Maybe someone locally or put something in the home that lets renters know who to get in contact with that will get issues taken care of instead of nationwide company.
