A piece of heaven on earth!

I have nothing bad to say about the home! It was exactly as it looked in the app. We were well equip with all of the basic necessities, plenty of towels, etc. We decided to heat the pool after arrival and the ladies were super helpful and had my invoice to me and turned on within just a few hours. Super friendly and helpful!

Loved the house!

We loved the house and had a nice stay. Just a few things that were disappointing to us. The pool was cold! We really wanted to pay additionally to heat the pool but were told that it was not an option. No one swam but my 10 year old for 12 days! In addition the outdoor furniture and some of the beds could use some updating.

Spacious, Immaculate, and Fun

We were really pleased with our choice of this home, and the support of Overmoon in particular. The house is really large and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay for our small group. It could easily accommodate 20+ people, but for us, all the space was really nice to have. As a clean freak, I was also extremely pleased by just how immaculate this home was - flawless. Last, I thought Overmoon was excellent in its communication - they reached out before, during, and after the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this home to any group going to Orlando.

Disappointing

Unfortunately heating the pool was extra, which wasn’t communicated until a few days before. Additionally many of the appliances didn’t work. We were very disappointed overall.
