Run down and needs updates.

The good: it is cheap and fairly close to Disney. The Bad: you get nickeled and dime for everything, want warm pool water? 45/day want things to do in the house? 100/day. The house was also definitely run down and needed updating but it did get the job done. They made me pay a 200 deposit outside of VRBO then charged me for not washing towels. This place got the job done, but is similar to spirit airlines. You feel like you got raked at every turn. I won’t be staying here again.

Poor property management

The structural home is nice - but had been neglected by the rental management company. It was tidy (everything in place), but filthy. We rented a large home to house our wedding party. 2 days were spent cleaning. Bed sheets and comforters were covered in hair, body fluid and shoe prints! Walls, doors and light switches were VERY dirty! Pool had candy wrappers, hair ties, and plastic cups in it. Pool was ice cold upon arrival. Oven did not work! Hundreds of dollars lost since we could not cook the food we purchased.Emails and phone calls met with generic responses. Days in, promises broken regarding someone being sent to fix the oven. Kids bunkbed was broken - my husband purchased tools to fix it. 5 days leading up to our wedding should NOT have included cleaning house and waiting on maintenance that NEVER showed! Very unprofessional management company. I urge Vrbo to investigate.

Disappointed

Communication when booking was great they were Quick to reply to queries and access information provided on time. However, the Property itself was okay, certainly not the beautiful they describe. Dirty bathrooms, moldy shower curtain, peeling bath, missing grout and roaches. However, be wary when checking out as they withhold a large chunk of your security deposit for fraudulent claims of damage and staining of bedding and towels. Numerous claims of their deceitful nature is noted on other sites, and the BBB have removed them from their approved list. Please look at the other reviews before you book with Wonder Vacation Homes. There are better properties and more honest management companies out there.

Nice home for family of 9

The house was very nice and comfortable for a family of 9. I would recommend this property for a large family. A couple of issues that can be fixed quickly is the showers were a little dirty, the cleaning people need to make sure the residuals that go to the edge when rinsing are cleaned up. There was about 1 towel per person, I'm not sure what would be more cost effective, having to clean towels during the stay or just providing at least 2 towels per person. Would have also been nice to have pool towels as well. The management was very responsive during the process and during our stay. It was close to Disney about 20 minutes which is great. The area seems like it's being developed so I'm sure the location will be even better soon. Close to supermarkets as well.
