If I could rate this a zero star “hotel” I will. The actual room is too different from the photo And I booked a King bedroom but I got a Queen bedroom. This hotel isn't worth $70, I think it's only $30

The room had everything we need to stay for the weekend in Orlando for a cheap price. The bed was made with clean sheets. Hot running water from the shower (unlike a different property I went to) was working. The breakfast was just an average hotel breakfast which was fine. The staff were friendly as well. The hotel in general did look old and bit run down in some places though, but it did the job for the price we paid.

Do not stay at this hotel. Someone claiming to be house keeping banged on my door at 8pm (i checked in at 7pm), I told them no through the door, he continued to bang and rattle my door handle. I yelled no, I dont need anything again, but then he unlocked my door and attempted to enter. Thankfully I had the upper latch locked too which prevented him. I screamed for him to leave and shut the door. I tried to call the front desk but my phone didnt work, and my cell phone kept getting disconnected. I had 911 dialed and ready to call when I saw that he left, so I quickly gathered my items and went to the lobby to check out. The front desk woman said she didn't send anyone to my room but didnt seem to care. She said Expedia would have to refund me which they havent yet. DO NOT STAY HERE! It is unsafe! I don't know if that was an employee or a random man trying to get into my room, but if it was an employee, they should NEVER enter an occupied room without permission. And I yelled multiple times "NO"

quest a fridge, but their phones didn't work. I dialed the listed number, which connected me to an AI, and when I asked to be transferred to the front desk, it hung up. Each time we needed something that was included in our room we were forced to walk down to the lobby and request it. We had to do the walk at least 4 times when all we wanted was to relax on our trip. On top of this, when you went to the bathroom the door did not close. It was literally made incorrectly so the latch and handle wouldn't go into eachother. The next night, we saw the largest roach I've ever seen crawling up the wall. We were moved to another room, where we found blood on the wall and semen on the pillows. And on top of everything every morning when we woke up we had tons of bug bites. When we talked to the manager about getting a refund, she was extremely rude. She was very unhelpful and told us, since we didn't leave--at 3 am--we couldn't get a refund! Never staying here again, sucks since we will definitely be staying in the area again.

I had a pretty frustrating experience with the valet service at this hotel. When we first arrived, we pulled up to the entrance and the valet staff completely ignored us. No greeting, no instructions nothing. I ended up going to the front desk to ask what was going on, and that’s when I found out the valet service is outsourced to a third-party company. Apparently, you have to go inside and pay for parking at the front desk before they’ll even take your car. That was already inconvenient, but the worst part came when we had to leave at 3 AM. We requested our car and ended up waiting an hour and a half before we finally got it back. There was no clear communication, and honestly, I have no idea where my car was or what they were doing that whole time. To be fair, the hotel itself is fine. The room and overall property didn’t have any major issues. But the valet situation is a serious problem and completely unacceptable especially if you’re on a tight schedule. This kind of delay could easily cause someone to miss a flight. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re prepared to deal with major parking headaches.

First off the hotel is poorly lit. It’s gives very much cheap run down ruck stop motel. After I checked in after traveling all day I was given a Kent an occupied room. The couple was in bed and mortified when I opened the door. I immediately apologized and checked out. The front desk agent was very nonchalant about the entire situation. 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.

Looks like Wyndham just bought the place. Now they need to step in and spruce it up. It has a lot of potential. But, for our stay, I'll start with the good points. Reception was friendly and check-in was easy. The room (besides needing updated) was convenient in that it had coffee, microwave, and refrigerator. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower was nice. Breakfast was surprisingly good with many choices, except if they had pastries, they were gone. Now the bad stuff. The bathroom floor was dirty and had hair on it. The edge of the night stand was broken off. The tv didn't get a good reception and the remote probably needed new batteries. We needed a quick, cheap, place to stay, and it worked.

The property was nice, clean, a bit outdated but nothing to complain about. I didn’t use the pool but it was a nice size and if I had time I would have used it. The room was clean, smelled clean the second I walked in. The bed was comfortable and the blankets and pillows were so comfortable! A/c worked as expected and the room had a mini fridge (no freezer), a safe, a desk with chair and a good sized tv. There was an ice machine that we used frequently and there was an elevator as well as stairs. We had breakfast 3 out of the 5 days we stayed and it was good and saved us money on buying breakfast. There was a good variety of stuff to choose from to eat as well as drink. 10/10!

It's located off a major highway I-4, there are alot traffic noises. It's also next to a correctional facility which was not a pleasant sight. Rooms are ok, services were minimal and sometimes nothing on somedays. Cleaning staff don't speak English and misunderstood our requests. Our goal wasn't to enjoy the hotel room as we were out all day most days of our stay, but would appreciate a descent clean room. Definitely needs upgrades as things are falling apart or rusted. I will not be returning to this Inn in the future nor recommend to anyone.

I’ll start with the positives. The breakfast was hot and satisfying, the staff was friendly, and the room was free of any smoke odor. The bed and pillows felt brand new, and housekeeping did a great job—fresh towels were provided daily and the bed was made each day. The location also offered easy access to and from I-4, which was very convenient. Now for the downsides. We found a large palmetto bug (American cockroach) in the bathroom, which made us avoid keeping any food in the room. The sink had a constant leak, and the bathroom caulking was blackened with mold. Some of the trim and fixtures were damaged—bent and sticking out—clearly in need of repair or replacement. Lastly, the hotel is located right next to the Orange County Detention Center and surrounded by multiple bail bond offices, which may not be ideal for everyone.
