Nice property with great amenities if they worked. ZERO customer support.

check-in/booking process was lengthy including taking a selfie. Overall property was nice. With that said one of the reasons we booked this house vs. others in this price range was the availability of a heated pool and hot tub and was a complete disaster. The hot tub and pool were 67 degrees on the first night and climbed to 80 on the second and 3rd nights despite multiple calls/texts for support to the customer service. Maintenance (terrific people) attempted to fix the issue and confirmed the equipment was working correctly and the problem was the temp setting in the app of which they couldn't change. I emailed the Villatel support email (stay@villatel.com) three days in a row. Cathlenie didn't respond until 4 days after the first email and 1 day after we checked out. In short, if you don't mind if the amenities you paid for actually work during your stay, it's a great house. If they don't work for some reason you will struggle to get the support from anyone to address the issue.
