Great new property!

We had a family trip for my son’s birthday and it was great. The kids room was amazing and the pool was just big enough for them all. We had an issue with our outlets in the bathrooms not working but I text them and they came out same day to fix The only downside was the resort pool isn’t open yet and there’s still a lot of construction but the location to Universal was great. Definitely will stay here again!

Great place to stay in Orlando

As a frequent visitor to Orlando and someone that loves Universal Park, good food and activities on International Drive and well as shopping, this location is perfect. This home is exactly as described, perfect for families. The kids bedroom with the 2 sets of bunk beds is so cool for the young kids. The private pool on the back patio is great for relaxing or to entertain the kids. This place was very clean and beds comfortable, lots of spare bath and pool towels. Well equipped kitchen with more than enough plates, utensils, glasses etc, There's a bedroom on the main floor for those who do not want to go upstairs and a full bathroom as well. Large washer and dryer, which is extremely convenient. I'd highly recommend Villatel Orlando Resort.

wonderful place, clean, great location

I booked Villatel for my daughter's birthday for a trip to Universal Studios, Orlando. I wasn't sure what to expect. However, I knew I was in good hands because prior to check-in, the staff was really helpful with all of my questions and emails. Security was very helpful and friendly; the townhouse was very clean and well-stocked with basics. The grounds were nice, the pool was good. The rooms and amenities were wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.
