Had cockroaches (not palmetto bugs). Dirty and poorly maintained. Very Noisy - right on the interstate and AC sounded like a freight train. Breakfast was very minimal. No fruit, yogurt or warm foods.

Well it was very close to a reunion that was happening at Cafe Murano, so it was perfect (2 blocks away). It's extended stay, but some travelers might not understand that idea. The staff or maybe a little flyer could explain that things like hair dryers and everything else are available at the front desk. It was shown on a small table top card in the room, but the best time to explain is at check in. Very simple and easy improvement for the regular hotel guest that ended up in an extended suite.

The hallway has a food odor and some remaining of food on the carpets, in my room the refrigerator and the microwave ware very old and rusted, on top of that there were several roaches in the bed and nightstand, the checkout was not appropriate. The bathroom hasn't enough shampoo and conditioner supplies. It's noisy at night, after midnight someone were banging the door for a while.

I don't normally leave bad reviews but something must be done about this. My family and I booked two rooms. One room was littered with cockroaches in the bath tub and kitchen area. The bathtub housed a whole swarm of roaches which was extremely unsightly and there were at least 5 roaches (dead and alive) making themselves at home in the kitchen arwa. We even found a dead roach stuck to one of the sheets we requested for the pull-out sofa. We asked the front desk to change our room but unfortunately there was no availability. The other room we booked was relatively clean. I am hoping to get at least one of the rooms refunded on account of the infestation.
