"The resort is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and our beds were super comfortable, which is always a toss-up at most hotels! Our only real complaint was the water pressure and the shower. We could not figure out how to get the shower temperature right—it was scalding hot, and we couldn’t get any cold water to come through. The sink had cold water, so we knew it wasn’t an issue with the water supply, but we just couldn’t get the shower to cooperate. We also tried calling the front desk for assistance, but unfortunately, no one answered. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and thought the resort itself was beautiful. Hopefully, the shower issue and front desk availability are things they can improve, because otherwise it was a great experience!"

"The room and lobby were clean, well maintained and well stocked. The staff was attentive and very helpful with park formation and shuttle organization. The main restaurant left much to be desired, a little dirty, some of the premade salads were "turning" if I return, I’ll be sure to avoid eating there."

"Decent hotel. Breakfast and evening kick back included was a nice touch. Rooms clean but a bit dated. Free shuttles to Disney and early entry worth the stay alone. Paid food in the hotel restaurant was very good."
