"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The environment is beautiful and well maintained, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The service from the front desk and staff was also very good—everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are excellent, and I really appreciated the complimentary food options. They offered free breakfast and dinner, as well as a variety of snacks, and everything tasted great. The only downside was that there was no complimentary bottled water provided in the room. Instead, there was fruit-infused water available, but unfortunately it tasted quite bad and was difficult to drink. Another small inconvenience was that the hotel shuttle runs with long intervals between trips, which made transportation a bit inconvenient. Aside from these minor issues, everything else about the hotel was wonderful. Overall, it’s a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again."

"The only positives of this hotel are its convenient location and low price — unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The room itself had multiple issues: stained pillows, a leaking refrigerator, and a noticeable musty smell throughout the room. However, the most unacceptable part of the stay was the housekeeping service. During room cleaning, the staff knocked over everything that was placed on the countertop, left the mess as it was, and failed to collect the trash altogether. This showed a clear lack of care and professionalism. While this hotel may appeal to budget travelers looking only for location, the poor room condition and especially the careless housekeeping made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not choose to stay here again."

"They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "
