Amazing!
This home was absolutely perfect for our family. We had a few small issues but they were taken care of immediately. Mat was awesome in getting things done. He was friendly and available anytime I called. Our grandchildren loved the pool, game room and upstairs loft space. The pool was clean and warm. The home was exceptionally clean and very spacious. I would recommend this home 100%. The management company I would also recommend. If I owned a rental property they would be the first I would call to manage it. Thank you so much Tara and Mat!

Second time staying here because it worked so well for our vacation last time. Air conditioning went out upstairs. Called the maintenance emergency phone listed and fixed the next day. Club pool/lazy river area very nice!

Place was awesome. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely outdoor kitchen with pool and jacuzzi. Cute game room. Lots of space in the house and good location for Disney parks. Iwould recommend this place to anyone and would def stay again

Our 10 day stay
Nice property. Nice to have heated spa included in price. The ice maker did not work and the water in the door was out too. Several bulbs in the house were out. I called maintenance and hopefully they will be repaired for the next guest. There was a broken sprinkler head that waisted a lot of water was told by maintenance the co-op would have to fix it. Would have been nice to have wash cloths in the unit. There are to many signs around the unit with the dos and don'ts. Bed on main floor was not comfortable and microfiber sheets were cheap feeling. Overall nice place but needs some attention.

Amazing House
We just got back from staying 4 nights. House was everything that was advertised. I so miss the beds. Super comfy. House well supplied. We thorgouly enjoy the hot tub after spending the long days in Disney parks.

We loved it! Plenty of room! Loved the game room, pool, hot tub, media room, and closeness to resort pools! Loved the extra things to use like double stroller, grill, floats! Neat how the toy/game room glows in the dark! We did leave laundry and dish detergent for next guests. I would def rent again! Suggestions:need air in tires on stroller, pool table could be better accessed if turned the other way! Maybe a small stand up air conditioner for that room as it was a garage turned into a room!

The House Was Amazing
The house was amazing, it was way better then expected! Take time to head over to the community pool its awesome for all ages!! There were only a few things to write the property manager about at the end but other wise we would totally rent this house again! We had 6 adults (4 separate fanilys *all kings were needed!*) and 3 kids 5 and under and we all loved it!
