Great stay

We stayed in the house for a bit more than a week. Very great communication with the host, very fast response, house was as described.Clean, well equipped, nice pool Recommend to stay there, will return.

Spacious and clean

We loved this property. We stayed here during Hurricane Milton. The property manager stayed in contact with us checking in the days before and day of. The pool was just big enough for the kids to splash around in and they were all ok with that. We liked that the pool had a mesh partition between the seating area and pool as we were with my granddaughter. We were about 20 minutes from Disney World. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping areas around for forgot items we needed. My only issue was that if you run hot like my family that it was 90 degrees outside and the air would not go below 72 so I advise you to bring a fan with you if you run hot.

A great place with plenty of amenities in a quite area!

We absolutely loved the place and little disappointed that we need to pay extra to heat the pool. Also the ac kept shutting off even do we raised it the temp didnt change. Other then that it was amazing.

Great stay

The house was spacious, great location, comfortable beds. Could use a little TLC. The sofa and the bar stools are worn and could be replaced. The dishwasher only worked once and wasn't able to be repaired before we left. The living room blinds were broken. We still enjoyed our stay. I left an item behind that was not turned in to management. Not the owners fault, my own fault, but wish whoever found it was honest. Other than that we had a great stay

Damaged funiture

Very unhappy with tge presentation of tge townhouse. The funiture was torn n stained . White leather funiture..i was so embarrassed and upset to aee i paid so money for poor quality and condition of furniture. It was very misleading. Table legs on dinning room table were loose . Tge WiFi never worked so No TV. It was a very unpleast stay. No ro mention the respose from staff was very unprofessional when i called he argumentative , condescending and voiced no true xoncerns about condition of the furniture. I will never stay here again. I took picture of tge funiture to prove i didnt damage the furniture so i wont be charged

Great place to stay

It was a great place to stay, very clean house, and a lot of activities for the kids around the area. All TVs work great and the communication with the hosts was perfect. Will definitely book here again.

Great Townhome

Great place to stay! Super clean accommodations. Thevtownhone has a great layout. Master bedroom and full bathroom on first floor, the two other rooms were on the second floor with a shared bath. The place is essentially brand new. Great for families. Nice having your own covered lanai with small pool. Championsgate is a nice location, close to the parks and everything central Florida has to offer. Great places to eat within 5-10 minutes. Only disappointment with our stay was that the resort clubhouse (pool, miniature golf, volleyball and children's waterpark) had limited hours and all the amneties of the ice cream parlor and the bar/restaurant were closed. The resort pool was only open from 11-3 (Mon-Sat). Wish we would have known that before we booked, it may have changed our decision to stay there.
