Fantastic villa!

The property was perfect for our stay whilst attending a cheer competition. Very clean, spacious with everything we needed. The pool was great and not at all over looked. We had an issue with the door code on arrival late at night but the host reset the code quickly. We would definitely rebook. Thank you!

Family of 7 stay

The size of the house was great with plenty of different areas for eating and or relaxing. The listing was accurate and the property management was very responsive. My only complaints would be the cleanliness of the pool area, there was quite a bit of debris and the outside furniture could use updating.

Great Location to the Parks

The house could use some updating but was large, very clean and very comfortable for our stay. We had a few issues with things that are normal parts of FL (ants by the pool) and with the wear of the house, but the company was responsive and did their best to resolve issues. The location was great and the community pool and workout area is stunning. Very well maintained.

Beautiful Property with only a few minor issues

The property was in a great neighborhood, with a beautiful pool and hot tub. Plenty of room, top and amenities. The only issues we had is the air conditioner was not working well and the house stayed around 77 despite keeping the temperature at the recommended temperature of the property management company. The only other real issue is there is a hole in the weatherstripping for the lanai, and we had a few issues with lizards and a snake getting into the pool. Neither of these were a huge deal to us, but I wanted to note them in case they would be for someone else!

Perfect for our Family’s Disney Vacation

We absolutely loved this beautiful house. It was perfect for our family of 5. All of the kids (11, 12 & 15)had their own room and the layout of the house was perfect. It is beautifully decorated and the heated pool was a great hit! We are already planning our next trip back to stay at this property!!

Perfect for our stay!

We had a great time. I love the layout of the house and the bonus rec room was fun for the kids. There are a few improvements needed but nothing that would keep me from returning. The kitchen is the bare minimum for accessories, so if you plan to cook like we wanted, make a list. The pool was great and the management company was easy to work with. Overall, many memories were made.

we had a great stay on our vacation in florida. great little house very clean and in a good neighborhood. loved how close it was to everything. the game room was a great addition to the place we loved using it. pool and hot tub were the kids fav. only thing we were lacking was extra TP. thanks for letting us use your home we will be back for sure next year!

Had a great time. Community pool was a great addition. Convenient to Universal and Disney! Kitchen is bare bones. No salt or pepper probably due to Covid changes. No storage containers. Comfortable furniture and plenty of places to hang out.

Family trip

House was big and pretty. I purchased the pool heater and the pool temperature was perfect for my family. I appreciate the high chair and was able to rent a crib for him as well. Great place!

Everything was great! We’ve already talked about booking the same property for next year. The only thing that was a bummer was the fact you have to pay to “heat” the hot tub or to have a grill. I feel those small things should be included with the house(just add in to total price). You get a house with a hot tub to use it lol But I would recommend this home over others. Great response time and super accommodating.the kids ages 1.5,3,10,12 all loved it too.

Very nice property!

The home was very nice. The location was close to all of the Disney parks and it was an easy drive to each. There was a Target nearby to pick up anything needed for the stay. Lots of restaurants close as well. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was the pool. It was smaller than it looked in the pictures and the hot tub never really got hot. The pool is in a heavily shaded side of the house so the water was cool in there as well, even in the 90+ degree temperatures we had during the stay. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Getting in and out of the community was easy and the owners were great to work with!

Spacious and great location

Lovely spacious villa in a great location, approx 15 mins from Disney and 25 from Universal. Well maintained villa complex although can’t speak for the community pool area as we didn’t visit that. Villa was comfortable and had everything we needed although it was a little tired in places ( outdoor furniture could do with a refresh and dishwasher didn’t drain properly. Also patio door held closed by a piece of wood.). Good sized rooms and our teenage boys loved the games room. Overall I thought it was value for money and would consider staying here again as it was a good base and we spent most of our time out anyway.

Florida Experience

This property suited the needs of our family very well! There were enough bedrooms for everyone, the towels and bedding were adequate and the house was clean. the patio and pool area were a fabulous asset to our enjoyment during our stay. We were not suppose to have glass by the pool and there was not enough plastic glassware and bowls for that. The kitchen amenities could use a bit of an upgrade but we made do The management company was difficult to communicate with and very slow to respond back! We needed to get a code to get into the gates and common pool area washrooms as that was not provided in the welcome package and the company was not able to provide the correct code. We would definitely consider this property again for its easy access to the Orlando parks and sights!

Spacious and Clean

The property was spacious with 4 bdrms and 3 full baths. Everyone had their own bed. The beds may need to be updated. The mattresses were not comfortable at all. There was an extra comforter in the master bedroom closet that didn’t smell fresh so I left that out so it can be cleaned. But other than that everything else was clean. The raccoons got in the trash because there isn’t a lock so he we had to clean up some items outside. That wasn’t a big deal. Just wanted it to be known because we had to figure out who put trash in the driveway. For future guest: bring hand soap, laundry detergent, serving (cooking) utensils, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and paper towels from home. I wish I had thought about that. I hate having to buy things that I have an abundance of at home. You will run out of the supply that the host leaves for you. The kids LOVED the pool and I really appreciate the owner providing the floaters and pool toys. Make sure you read the book of details/instructions. It REALLY came in handy!!! Thanks again for allowing my family to stay in your home. We truly appreciated it.

Volleyball Tournament Family

To start, this was a relatively clean nice large house with good pool and hot tub. The pool is smaller than you anticipate and is probably great for young kids but a little small for three teenagers, two parents and a grandma. It was 4th of July weekend and there is no grill on the property or anywhere on the resort, it was disappointing as we smelled others grilling. There is absolutely zero coffee provided. You get filters but not one coffee pod. We arrived at midnight so we woke up with nothing. The living room tv doesn’t stream and has minimal channels. The griddle, if you desperately want to attempt to grill has no cord. Please believe the description when they say they start you with very little. We bought toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, detergent, grill, coffee, everything! A very expensive Walmart trip. When we arrived at midnight the code didn’t work. The owners were good at calling us and providing a new code. There was good communication but with the bare bones resources we would not return. We moved on to Treasure Island stayed in a less expensive rental and were spoiled with a lot more basic amenities. Finally I would add that the pool boy just appears on the patio without any warning and if you are alone it’s fairly startling
