It was our annual family vacation and first time staying in Davenport. The location was nice and quiet. Our booking from start to finish was great. The owner responded in a timely manner. The house was perfect and met all of our needs. I would definitely return to any property Michelle has!

Bad stay

Unfortunately we had a very bad stay at this location. Our car was towed right in front of the house on our first night and cost us 225!!!! We had to go through police station to find out where it was towed and when we got to the towing company they said that someone from HOA called to get our car towed because we were parked on the wrong side of the street!!. We were home all day and they didnt even tried knocking on the door to tell us to move it. We later found out that either the owner or HOA gets a percentage of the tow bill!! So we were preyed on by the HOA or the owner. Other than that the house has spiders/mosquitos or bed bugs. 4 people in our households had very bad rashes on their bodies. The pool has dead worms and spiders. Someone was supposed to come clean the pool on Tuesdays and nobody showed up. The pool cleaning stick was broken as well so we couldn't do it ourselves. No BBQ grill or pool toys whatsoever. The pool table and air hockey were very old and in the garage and the garage had no AC so it was unbearable to stay there. I asked the owner to refund us in the tow bill and she stopped responding to my messages.
