BUYER BEWARE!! This rental charges fees for amenities to the tune of 240.00. Very expensive fees that will NOT allow use of the golf course. The club house will charge $110.00 per person to play and does not accept the amenity voucher provided. I have sent emails and called VRBO and Florida Vacation Homes concerning an issue with my reservation amenity voucher since the day of my arrival. My stay was during Christmas 2021, I am yet to have a response or refund for this charge.

Great location a few management concerns

I had a hard time determining how to rate this. The property itself wasn't bad it's a little dated, stained carpet, appliances a little worn however in a great location and a nice layout except the description does show a master suite with a king bed on the first floor which is not true all master suites are upstairs which wasn't a big deal for us but if you have a hard time getting upstairs it's something to be aware of. When we first arrived the code didn't work because they didn't have us down for the early check in we paid for not a big deal they were able to unlock right away. Then we went to check out the pool and we were very disappointed it was covered in leaves they were stuck to the drain bottom and garbage was blowing around the patio. Then we felt the hot tub which we also paid for heat and it was cold. When we called they said we had to clean the pool ourselves and they would come that night and turn on the heat which would then take 24 hours to heat up, we were a bit frustrated with the customer service has we never rent a place with a pool screen and we have never came into a dirty pool so we spent the first hour of our vacation cleaning and we're very disappointed we couldn't use the hot tub for two days until it heated up. I have reached out a couple of times to the management company with our concerns and requesting a refund for the two days of pool heat we paid for but didn't get but have not gotten a resolution just that they have passed along our concerns.
