Family Vacation

The house was as advertised. Clean and spacious. We paid extra for the pool heater and it made a huge difference with the cold weather temperature during our stay. The property is closed to everything. When we had questions they were always answered in a timely matter. Thank you for making it such a pleasant family vacation.

There was yellow stains on the sheets and hair on the sheets Stains all over the carpet upstairs Marks all over and food on the walls And built up dirt on the base boards Not a home for me I like to stay in clean places And when I contacted the manager and told him my issues he hung up on my face

Very disappointing…

Very sad went of the listing of how property was and got there and it was not all. Could not get anyone to address problem kept telling me sorry and sent me to someone else. They say they are working on it so I am waiting but it mess up our whole vacation because the property description was not accurate that is all you have to go on when you can’t see property. Beds not comfortable at all. There is no billard table or dart board and there are not 3 parking spots at all unless you want to walk a very long way. The table only seats 6 and there is no en-suite on main floor it’s on the second and there are only two king beds not 4 as stated in bedroom plan and only two have bathrooms in the room sad
