Won't stay at a vacasa property again

We rent a lot. All winter for many years. Several times we have rented vacasa run properties and have been disappointed. This unit is very run down.The dryer didn't work properly, the stove had two small burners that intermittently worked. The furniture was very uncomfortable. We left 5 days early after multiple emails with vacasa to help with problems. No, we weren't issued a refund, but we were very happy to leave
