It was a great stay

The check in was smooth although we had a mix up with the last names. Just a show of ids and everything's was taken care of. The home was as pictured. The only issue we had were the tvs in conjoined rooms didnt work. But we were having so much fun it wasnt a issue. One of my guest left a wallet and the owner unlocked the door for us with no problem. I would definitely choose this rental again.

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay here. The hosts went above and beyond to provide a unique themed experience. Each room was decorated to represent a different country and we had fun exploring even the rooms we did not use. Everything was clean and beautiful. We paid for heat and the hot tub was nice and hot. We had a ton of fun in the game room and watched a couple movies in the theater area. The only downside has to do with location. The place is perfect, but the traffic in the area is horrendous. You need to plan accordingly to go anywhere. This didn't effect us too much as the place had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation and we only went to disney one day (but it did take us over an hour to get there). The place and hosts were the absolute best! Highly recommend staying here.

Good. Not great.

Our stay was just Ok. At check in, we arrived 30 minutes after the check in time(3:00) and still had to wait for them to finish cleaning. We paid for the pool heating and we were unable to use it. The host said it took a long time to heat up. On the second day, the water was still cold. They sent someone and said that the assistant had set the heating wrong, but that it had been resolved. And on the third and last day, they extended our check out from 11:00 to 4:00 and the pool water was still cold. In other words, we paid and were unable to use it. The garbage disposal wasn’t working. They’re supposed to send someone, but no one ever showed up. The house is good, it has themed rooms and a game room, but the situation with the pool not heating up (which is why we chose the house) was very disappointing.

Beautiful, spacious, tons of fun!

Our stay completely exceeded our expectations. The home was so beautifully decorated with each room having its own unique theme… the game room and theatre room provide loads of entertainment. The pool and deck area was very big and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals our entire stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We had the best time!! 10/10 recommend!
