Great stay

A great experience family enjoyed the stay and even the water park communication with team even after I left a bag after check out I was able to contact them and someone was able to let me in to retrieve my items

They will Not let you check in not even a minute before 4 pm.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, this is my second stay at Storey Lake(a different unit). The place is centralized and Clean. The overall property is significant, therefore, not private.There is a security gate at the front, but the rear entrance gates remain open un-attendantInside, the unit is as described; however, the patio furniture had no cushions.The mattress in the ensuite bedroom is as hard as a rock (Not exaggerating ) I woke up with back pain every morning.There is no sound privacy, for the walls are as thin as paper. A tenant above this unit had kids all day; you could hear them running loud and clear from above. My family and I arrived at the unit at 3:53 pm. We were not permitted to enter- even though an agent from the management company was there and went inside. She called into the office, and they told us we could not go inside before the assigned 4 pm.( that right, 5 minutes early)So, we waited at the door and had to knock to the gained entrance at about 4:05 pm( Not friendly)Finally- we had a package delivered to the unit from amazon- only to discover the management team removed it; I guess to secure it?While we appreciated that no one notified me of this, I had to complete over an hour of investigations, contacting amazon, the security, the guest house. Finally, I sent an email to management, to which they responded, saying they secured the package.Here is the problem, after five emails requesting the package to be delivered, it took them two full days to bring my box. And they opened it- I did not take kindly to that.

Disney Vacation 2022

This is our second year staying at Story Lake. A great February getaway from Missouri cold and ice. Close to Disney, any beach and resort is perfect. This year was much busier than last. Probably because of spring breaks.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the apartment was beautiful but i was very unhappy with Casiola. The listing on promoted and mapped a specific location near a convention center that I needed to walk to. I wanted to stay longer to work and get sun although the cost was higher than i had hoped to pay for. But I spoiled myself and booked it. On my way there, i learned that since i requested a 2 bdrm apt, i was placed at a location 25-30 mins away from where i thought i was staying. I then had to spend over $200 in uber costs to travel to and from my business event. i asked for compensation back and it was told no until i reached out to and they had to speak with them. i only got less than $100 back. i also paid a $150 resort fee upon booking but my new location (unlike advertised on the listing) was not the same type of pool as i was shown. I was in town for a global business travel event and this really put a damper on my time there.

Great family stay

We really enjoyed the stay here. It offers 2 pools that you can take the kids to. The one right behind the property is less crowded and great fir beginner swimmers. The property could be better by providing more cleaning towels and a broom or something to clean the floor.

Ok for short term stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We didn’t need as much room as we usually do when we take vacations so we opted for this two bedroom/ two bath rental. Building seemed new but the inside of our rental wasn’t cleaned as it should have been. There were french fries and other foods on the sides of the stove on the floor. There was dog hair everywhere (good thing we didn’t have an allergic reaction as we do not own pets). The floors made the bottoms of our feet black as asphalt. There was lint in between wall and washer/dryer stacker. The walls were filthy and covered with scuffs and hand prints. The floors are VERY thin so be prepared to hear the people above you walking and stomping around all night and having their music blaring. It was an ok stay for the week we stayed but we won’t consider staying in one of these rentals ever again.

Perfect condo for a perfect week in Florida

The location of the condo is great. It wasn’t hard to get into or out of the neighborhood. The security gate gave an extra sense of security. The building addresses are marked very clearly and it was easy to find our building. There is construction going on within the condo complex but it never affected our sleep or anything. There was plenty of parking right in front of our building. The condo itself was really nice. It was light and bright with very nice furniture and decor. I love that the sofas in the living room were super comfy and large. Many rentals have tiny couches and very small uncomfortable chairs in the living area, but with these sofas all four of us could enjoy a movie very comfortably. The beds were extremely comfy as well. My husband even wanted to know what kind of mattress was in the master bedroom so we could look at getting one for our home. Overall, our stay in this unit was amazing. I am very very pleased with my choice.

Just okay

The location was great and the resort overall was nice but the sheets in the 2nd bedroom were dirty!! The apartment was also very stuffy; the air conditioning system wouldn’t allow us to go past 70. At night it was uncomfortable.
