Welcome to this Brand new furnished 10 bedroom 8 bath Pool home in the new of Windsor Island Resort, conveniently located to everything you need for your next getaway. The house is feathering three theme rooms including Little Minions, Star-wars, and Frozen. On the loft, there is a 100 inch projector screen to allow guests enjoying big hit movies ,along with pool table and air hockey table.

This fantastic Windsor Island resort home has an incredible floor plan. You will enter into an huge open downstairs floor plan with well equipped kitchen, quartz counter tops, all stainless steel appliances , large Island with seating and a great view out the patio door to the covered lanai and large pool area with screened backyard to keep out the Florida bugs. Also in this open concept area is a Dining area and spacious living room with comfortable seating and large TV.

You will find a downstairs two large king master suites with its own ensuite baths. There is even a patio door from the master to walk out to the covered lanai and pool.
You will also find a spacious laundry room downstairs with full size washer and dryer.

Upstairs you will be greeted as you walk up the stairs to a large lounge area with 100 inch projector screens, seating area, and a great place to watch your favorite movie. On top of that is the standard sized pool table and air hockey table for you to enjoy.

You will find 8 more bedrooms upstairs including three fantastic kids Themed rooms are found up here as well. Little minion room has 4 twins beds, Frozen theme room has 2 twins, and Frozen has two twins as well.

All this in the Brand new Gated Community of Windsor Island. Resort Amenities are fully completed and opened.
The amenities include a large resort pool, Children's Water park, Lazy River, Water Slide, Bar area, Cabana Rental, Mini putt golf, Fire pit, Sand Volleyball court. You may never want to leave.

Optional Pool Heating

The listed price does not cover the heating of the private lanai-covered Pool (heated to around 83°F) and pool-side Hottub/Jacuzzi (heated to around 103°F). Outdoor Pool/Hottub heating is an additional $45/day plus tax for your stay. The full outdoor pool heating is recommended between September and April, while in other months, only hottub heating is necessary, priced at $25/night plus tax. Opting for outdoor Pool/Hottub heating after check-in incurs an extra $35 management fee. If pool heating is ordered, we turn the heater on 10 hours prior to checkin to heat the large pool.

Guest Registration

As soon as you know and no later than 5 days prior to you checkin date, please email me a list of guest's full names for anyone over 18 years old in your group. I need to register each guest in the resort system so that they are allowed to enter the resort via the 24/7 guarded gates upon showing a valid ID.
