Nice place, good size

Overall the place was nice. The resort was as expected. Pros: Multiple pools on site. Gym and teen room. The villa was large enough for our group of 7. Quick response from management when needed Cons: Seemed a bit in he middle of nowhere. Villa was not as clean as expected. Finger prints all over glass table when we first arrived and the carpet did look vacuumed. The bed in one of the bedrooms was broken so I had to sleep all of the way to the side to keep from rolling into a divet.

Review the owners website prior to arrival!

The house was fine, our group was comfortable. As stated in prior reviews, 1 of the king size beds upstairs is broken. Please review the owners website prior to arrival. The property comes with minimal supplies, such as towels, toilet paper. soap, paper towels. Fortunately, there is a grocery store very close.

False property details

The listing says within 10 min walking distance to Hollywood studios. That is a lie. It’s many miles away. I attempted to get clarification prior to going to property and when I discovered it was incorrect and wanted a refund or a different home, I was given runaround from VRBO and host. They only blamed one another for listing being incorrect and no one would accept any responsibility for it.
