Fantastic property!

We loved our stay here and will likely book the same place again next year. Great house with tons of space. We were here for a cheer competition. The kids loved staying together. Kitchen was fully equipped. Nice neighborhood!

Family vacation.

Everything was prefect. The house was clean, so many rooms and bathrooms - everyone had their own space. Pool and outdoor area were great. Would definitely come back.

The house needs updating none of the game’s worked in game room we had to text to get someone to come out and fix the tv on the pool side and then they put electrical cords running from the TV to the house that was very unsafe due to us having a lot of kids with us overall this was not a great stay.

Property was excellent, convenient location, Had few questions on trash and pool, questions were answered right away through vrbo messenger. Would definitely stay again! Only thing I would recommend is another refrigerator in maybe garage (game room) with as many as the house accommodates, One refrigerator did not really cut it for us for a weeks stay.

We had such a great time in this beautiful house. Anthony was amazing! We had a couple of minor issues and all it took was a quick email and everything was addressed.

Great location

The house was in a great location for Disney, approx 15 minutes away depending on traffic. The house was clean and worked great for our large family. The only upgrade I see needed is a new pool cover and an upgrade to the appliances in the kitchen.

Family Vacation

My family and I had an amazing time at this rental. We have come from all over Texas, Georgia, New York and New Jersey. This was the first time in a long time that we were all together. The house had more than enough space, everything we could possibly need and the location is next to so many shopping areas. Thank you for have us.

Amazing!!!

Only complaint was no hot tub…which we knew going in but was not expecting it to be 52 while we were there. Only other complaint would be at the clubhouse. They are posted till 5:30 for mini golf and wouldn’t let you go after 4:30.We will be back. With a hot tub next time if anyone has recommendations

2024 FAMILY Vacation

This house was the right size for our family, the drive way was a tad small for the vehicles we had. Beautiful neighborhood, sucks that we each had to buy the gate pass. The pool was a bit small but was enjoyed!!! We would rent this house again. snakl but it was enjoyed.

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. Each individual, couple, or family had their own space and own bathroom so there was never any trouble getting ready in the mornings. The pool was fantastic. We really enjoyed our day and evenings swimming. This is home is a convenient location to Disney World. The owner answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. The only negative I have to say is that we were unaware until just before our trip that we would have to pay 20 per car to the association for a gated entrance card. I just wished we had known at the time of booking. We would definitely stay here again if we have a large group.

We stayed two weeks, one with friends and took advantage of good golf, one with family and hit some parks. The location was perfect for both. The accommodations worked great for both, too! The pool was a good depth for kids and got lots of use. Anthony is incredibly responsive for the few things we needed help with. Would definitely book again!

Birthday trip

When I arrived The house wasn’t cleaned from the previous guess, for that reason I gave a 1 star. I contacted Anthony He got a crew there right away. It was cleaned within two hours. The next day was a power outage in the area, no fault of the owner. I did contact Anthony he got right on it and let me know that the power co. Was working to restore the power Over all it was a great stay enough room for my family of 19.

Great place

stayed for a short six day stay with our children and grandchildren. Fourteen of us. The house could not be any nicer or more roomy. I think my grandkids liked the pool better than going to Disney! I know the adults did. The house was minutes from Disney which was very nice after a long day. Anthony was great and communicated in a very timely manner. We will definitely stay here again if we return

Exceptional Eight Bedroom Getaway!

Our four night stay was wonderful in this spacious house. We are 8 adults and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The mattresses were comfortable and each room has a ceiling fan to supplement the AC. The house was exceptionally clean. All televisions are smart TVs (ROKU) and we used our own streaming services. The kitchen is awesome with a Keurig, coffee pot and a percolator. There are plenty of utensils, plates, cups and mugs. The open concept of the kitchen area offered a 70 inch smart tv with ample seating. We were able to stream the EAGLES game!!! Through the sliding glass door, there is a spacious lanai with a tv, comfortable seating and a patio set that seats 8. The pool was sparkling with lounge chairs that provided a relaxing setting after a long day at the park. This beautiful neighborhood is very quiet but convenient to many restaurants, gas stations and other stores. We went to Universal every day and our drive was about 20 minutes. Other parks such as Sea World and Disney World are close by. Accessing I-4 from this house is about 7-8 minutes. Anthony is a wonderful host who answered our inquiries in a timely fashion. He takes pride in his property. We would definitely rent from him again. Thanks, Anthony for making our family trip so seamless and relaxing. Suzanne

Perfect stay!

The house was just as it was described. Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Plenty of room for four adult couples to spread out and do their thing. We had one little hiccup with the pool heat and Anthony was right on top of it and fixed the problem asap. We had so much fun in the beautiful pool and using the outside area in the evenings. I highly recommend this house to anyone with a large group, you won’t be disappointed.
