Great house

The house is exactly as described & pictured. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. We had one very minor issue & it was rectified right away. We would definitely stay again!

Spacious gathering place

Overall as described in the pictures. Home is large with plenty of room for a big family. Needs some updating based on hard use by guests and some better stocking of supplies but once you are there you can adapt. The resort is nice but crowded in a holiday week which made it difficult to enter thru security at times

THE BEST

The house was a 10! The service was a 10! The resort was a 10! I WANT TO LIVE HERE…the neighbors a few doors down were loud.. we didn’t hear a thing inside. We had 2 yrs. old to 87 yrs. old everyone loved it…resort was secure..we forgot to list someone and they wouldn’t let them in until we had them listed..good job front gate! Keep it up …we do a few rentals a year and I cant always give such a good review..

My family and I have been coming down to the Orlando area and enjoying rental homes for many years now. We have had both positive and less than ideal experiences when it comes to home cleanliness and communication with the property owner/management company. I can say with confidence that our experience in Andes' home was the best. Andes was easy to reach prior to our stay and followed up a number of times to ensure that we were satisfied with the home. The house itself was clean and well maintained. There were lots of games for the children and the house was spacious so our large group was not falling over each other. After our vacation with Andes I really don’t think we will be renting with anyone else. Thank you again Andes for a great experience!

Extremely Disappointed

Do NOT watse your money renting this property. We paid, in advance, for the pool to be heated for our 10 day vacation. The heating did NOT work at all. We reached out to the property manager numerous times, only to be ignored. When we contacted VRBO afterwards they were of no help. The manager ignored a number of other requests/queries. Nice location, terrible manager.
