Great Location and lots of space.

We had a wonderful stay with 22 family members. Bedrooms were well spaced out so everyone had their space. Used the pool almost every day. Houses are close so had some noise from our neighbors a few nights. Overall a spacious, comfortable, strategically located place to stay.

Rental Cops

The check in process was horrible and getting thur the rental cops everyday was very challenging and rude. The traffic was always backed up. The house was fine

Family Reunion

The house was great for what our family needed. The pool in the back made it really nice for the kids and the owner always responded immediately to any questions we had. One issue we had was with the AC. It couldn't keep up with the Florida heat which was strange since I believe they are all new builds. We kept it at the required 74 degrees but during the heat of the day it couldn't cool below 78 to 80 depending on first or second floor. The other issue is parking. Our house held 26 folks but yet the driveway only hold 3 cars at most. Luckily the townhomes across the street were not occupied so we could park there. Otherwise we would have had to park up near the front club house and shuttle folks back and forth. The
