The game room was nice, but very warm, owner did not want AC under 76 deg.Very close to Disney and all attractions. Walmart within a mile, with restaurants close by. Thanksgiving Getaway

This is a Warm and quiet home. I say “Warm” because it states that the thermostat can’t be changed below 76. We spent most of our time outside because of this. We had enough of everything towels, dishes, etc. We did have a few issues but staff and maintenance were always helpful! We landed early and were able to check in early, some chairs and outlet needed to be fixed and they were same day as call! A raccoon seems to enjoy the home and pool service came out with enough time in the day to still enjoy a swim. The house alarm although we didn’t touch it like stated we came home one night the a loud noise blaring and it took over an hour and 2 calls to get help. Sadly the final night at the home at 1am it happened again and it woke up everyone in the house. Thankfully maintenance left us the code Incase it happened again. All in all this is a lovely home and given the chance we would stay here again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros-Very large, tons of space. Game room nice, overall clean. Sofas and most furnishings were nice. Cons-bedroom advertised as double master bedroom had a full size bed which we missed when booking. IMHO should at least have a queen. We traveled with my senior parents and they took king master suite. Very uncomfortable when you are used to a king. After three nights of no sleep we took turns sleeping in son's room with twin for one and the full for the other parent. There was plenty of space in room for a larger bed. Maybe don't advertise as a master suite if the bed is more suited for a child then a couple.-third rental we have done in Orlando area and by far the furthest from parks and attractions...about 40 mins to everything. -Leave the condiments..everything was completely bear. Every other house would at least keep the salt and pepper and maybe the dish soap from others before. I get your not responsible but incidentals add up really quick on guest end. Books, games, floats and other things guest leave behind that might be helpful would be nice.-no extra blankets, was cold and rainy when we were there-couple extra towels would be nice too -no grill???-no garbage can in master bathroom room (one with full bed)

Reviewer Comments: As our experience Florida Spirit is the best when it comes to renting the perfect home to enjoy your family vacation.The house was amazing and clean just as we expected. The only thing we did not like about the pool are was that there is no light outside, so when there is no daylight we weren’t able to use the pool. It will be a good idea to have light install in the pool area or in the pool. House is close to major malls, Walmart, and the Disney world. Even though we couldn’t use the pool at night, we had a wonderful time.

Some of the bads mattresses are to old and it was impossible to sleep and the sheets were not properly washed. We found the washed towels in the dryer but only after 2 days and in my opinion in the kitchen would be nice to have more pots of different sizes. Some of the furniture around the pool need to be changed and the pool area was not cleaned before our arrival. We will not rent again this property in this condition.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have always stayed at one of the vacation rentals from Florida Spirit Vacation Homes and they never cease to make me happy. If I could suggest anything would be for the owner or cleaning service to check really good behind last people before new ones come in. I went to cook something and found dried up eggs in the entire skillet, one of the dining room chairs leg was bent and wobbles real bad. And one of the pool chairs outside was broke and when my husband went to sit down he went right through it to the ground. Other then that there were no complaints at all.

We came for vacation from Tennessee. The house is beautiful clean and spacious. The kids loved the pool and game room. If you choose here make sure you have a rental car Ubers and Lyfts are a little pricey because of how far out you are. Closest Store is about a 10-15 min walk. But everything else was beautiful.

Pool Not Heated as advertised

Great location with being a 15 minute drive to Disney but pool wasn’t heated…pool heater was turned on just before we arrived so water wasn’t heated, and they have a timer that the electric pool heater is turned on only from 8am till 8pm and since the nights were so cold it never got to the temperature of 85 that the property manager said it was set at…thus very disappointing. Kitchen could use more cookware, tried to make spaghetti dinner for 4 people and was very difficult with the 2 small pots they had. House could really use a good paint job to freshen it up, bathrooms needs updating especially the master bath needs some work with floor tiles

Just the basics

The kitchen didn't offer "extras" like salt, pepper, a Kuerig, etc. The hot tub was warm. The beds were basic. The TV'S were small. This said, we paid a fair price for a convenient location, property that could use some updating and plenty of room.
