Awesome Stay!

Great stay

We enjoyed our time here. The beds were comfortable, the pool was great and we had what we needed. Alex was very quick in responding to any questions. I would stay again!

Basketball Tournament

Great stay ! Only complaint is that the property security should do a better job at enforcing quiet times. The neighbor who stayed behind us played music to 4 am each night , other than that great stay

Time away

The property was just like the photos. Property owner/manager was gracious to let us check in early because we arrived earlier than anticipated. From the house and our time in Florida we were pleased. Thank you!

Nice home with great neighborhood amenities close to Disney World

A+ all round - Family of 5

We booked this after a lot of research, the communication and property were A+. The property is close to the club house, only a few mins walk (4-5 mins), giving access to the bar/restaurant , lazy river and bigger pool, the staff in the club house are fantastic! The property is well maintained and the pool was great with a few pool toys supplied. Access to the property was easy with a QR code provided for access to Champions Gate and the gate house are well informed which gives super peace of mind knowing that the entire area is gate controlled and checked. Access to the gate is automated with the QR code in the Resident/Returning Guest lane. Access to the property was easy with a simple code. We had the rubbish collected daily (from the seating bin by the front door - a new concept to us), no noise or reversing beepers, it just disappeared, I watched them one day and they were so surgical on the extraction :). We were very happy here. Location wise: We drove daily to Disney and it took us about 15 minutes, give or take depending on the park and time of day. There is the usual stores & chain restaurants within about 10 mins drive.

Best summer vacation home rental

Checking in was very frustrating if you arrive after owner gate is not attended. Immaculate house, all beds were comfortable . Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals.No coffee provided very close to clubhouse Luckily trash was picked up daily Accessible for food delivery and close enough to drive for stores in 2 mile radius. We had several families at Champions Gate and our house was rated the BEST

Family get together

We stayed at the property for 5 days. Overall the property was clean and spacious. However, you can tell there is some wear and tear to the property. The blinds kept falling because some of them were broken. The toilet holder in the first floor bathroom was broken and the shower handles in both bathrooms in the second floor felt like they could break at any time. The owner was responsive when I had trouble with the lock late in the night. The area was nice and quiet even with the holiday weekend.

For those of us that are not deep sleepers this location is tricky.

Management was great. Addressed all issues promptly. The location was convenient to the clubhouse. There were plenty of appliances which was nice. The cleaning crew was not the best at all. Bathrooms were pretty grungy :( Huge downfall which would keep me from going back is the noise. The garbage truck comes and empties a large container ( which is outside the master bedroom window) before the sunrises every morning and uses backup alarms during the process. It is a process and with neighbors partying until 1 am it makes for sleepless nights every night on vacation .

Beautiful Property Absolutely Would Rent Again

I am a very picky person when it comes to vacation rentals. I have stayed in Champions Gate before and the "resort" itself is very well kept. The pool area has two large areas one where the children prefer and one where the adults prefer. My children are all adults so they very much like the set up and so do I. The property itself was very clean with tasteful modern furnishings. The check in could not have been simpler. We did not have any issues in which we needed to contact Alex but prior to arriving we had very quick responses to any message sent. If I were to make any recommendations, I would recommend adding at least one full length mirror in the property. It would be a very inexpensive add ($10) but all week it was an annoyance to everyone that there was not a single one. There were ample bath towels which was great but the unit only had 4 pool towels, so we needed to use our bath towels for the pool. It would have been nice to have a pool towel for each guest.

Nice stay in Davenport

This property was well-maintained and as listed. The plunge pool onsite was convenient and sufficient for my young children. We utilized the resort pools. They were really nice, but a tad cold (our visit was in late December). They do not provide towels, so bring your own. During our stay, we did have interrupted sleep due to alarms and trash collection. From a location standpoint, we found the traffic to/from parks and for getting across town to be a challenge. If you plan to visit the parks, plan for additional travel time. Overall, we would highly recommend and enjoyed our stay.

Difficult Entry

We were given the wrong access code, which was to another property and then after waiting in a long line were treated poorly when we tried to gain access to the property. We were dismissed by the gate officials and basically told to leave until we got a new entry email. Finally a manager did help but we had to wait to get the real access code. We understand mistakes happen but the gate officials were not very understanding or nice. After that things got better, but certainly a tough start to a vacation especially with young children.
