front desk messed up our room. hours after checkin, when were at an event, they removed our luggage. we had to leave our event to go get it straightened out. later that evening, there was a plumbing problem in the room, when we called the front desk we were told there's nothing they can do & they didn't have a plunger. i contacted corporate, they opened a case but never contacted me back, as they said they would.

The hotel had a nasty smell, I was placed in the back of the hotel and as a single mother with kids didn’t feel safe. The appearance of the hotel was nothing like the picture online.

You get what you pay for. Room had a big white spot of i dont know what on the floor. No cleaning of room. No teplacement towels wash clothe. Yhey deactivated my key on day 2 of my stay, when went out to eat , they reactivated it but of course that meant a trip to the front desk. You get what you pay for.

The place is nothing as advertised. Rooms substandard dirty rugs, old furniture, analog Tv not a good reception. Tower holder loose. Shower, sink and toilet with no water pressure and substandard. It was mention gym and breakfast but none were available at all. Ask for clean towns and still waiting for them after we left the hotel. Very disappointed. ☹️
