I had my reservation, but a few hours before my arrival, I got a note through hotels.com that they are unable to accommodate me because they overbooked. They offered for me sleep in a tent on their location. I thought that was strange, but upon asking for a refund, I was never contacted again."

"Everything was great, besides the cigarette smoke smell in our room. Hotels should prohibit guests to smoke ANYWHERE in the premisses. There should not be an option for smoking rooms. Fines should also be pretty steep. This is not our first time in this hotel, and the problem persists.
We did have a nice cleaning lady called Cindy helping us as we were trying to pull our many bags through the thick carpets. Thank you again Cindy!! "
