Vaca stay

Staff at premises were all very nice and friendly. The entire family loved the home from the minute we walked in. Everything was nicely decorated. Plate settings on each table were nicely set. All bedrooms were very comfortable for everyone (5). We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice home

Home was very nice. We did have trouble with the electronic door lock. But finally figured it out. The person I spoke to on the phone got us taken care of. My email I received did not have the 4 digit code for the lock. Once we got the correct code worked fine. Very nice location. Close to Walt Disney world. If we are ever back in that area we would for sure stay there again.

Overall, the house was very good. It was clean and certainly had most everything we needed. The smoke alarms batteries were going off, the overhead light in the kitchen, needs a new ballast and bulbs… And if you stay here, make sure you request the pool heat three days ahead, I may have missed it so I can’t blame them for that but I wished we could’ve at least added the pool heat. There is no room in the garage, which is fine, and there was no grill, but I did enjoy the house. It was very clean and suited our needs .

House was as pictured. House is dated, but clean and neat. Has many of the things that make for a good stay - a good starter pack of essentials and beds were mostly comfortable. The pool area is in real need of attention as the furniture is past dated. Our only real disappointment was that the internet did not work, nor the cable on the main television. Calls to the management did not yield any response and so we were there for a week and a half with out.

The house was clean and beautifully decorated. But you can't adjust the temperature so we froze. 60 degrees in the house. Also the maintenance people are not very fast in fixing things. the light in the kitchen needed to be replaced and the had one report on it , didn't get fixed, then we called them again and it still wasn't fixed when we left. Fun cooking dinner in the dark. Also took us an hour and three phone calls to get into the house..

Lovely, Spacious Home Near Disney

Lovely home in a beautiful gated community just down the street from Disney. The kids loved the private heated pool after a day at the theme parks. The home is centrally located near Disney with plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Excellent customer service from Vacasa. Home is well stocked. If staying more than a few days recommend bringing garbage bags. Will definitely stay here again!

Great for a short stay

The house is well appointed in most ways. The pool was heated...the hot tub not so much. Could use a few things in the kitchen like knives that will actually cut things, could barely chop an onion with those, and a cutting board. When we got there I noticed a black area on the wall right below an air vent in the living room. It was late and I didn't give it much thought. On our last night I was standing next to it and realized the vent itself was super dusty. Got down on my knees and accidentally touched the black spot only to have what I thought was maybe like a sealant or paint rub off onto my fingers. That's when I realized it was black mold. Overall, if they can correct that...it's a pretty sweet house. But be ware the traffic from the parks let's out near there and can be a bit of a pain. The community pool and areas are nice as well.

Great experience!

We had a fantastic experience with this property! The management company is truly outstanding with great communication! The facility is everything promised and more! AND the gated-community is really fantastic! We definitely enjoyed! The only issue we had was with the pool heat, which the management company provided outstanding communication! Although it wasn't able to be resolved, they were great about the entire process!

Dirty…..and no one responded at all

For whatever reason, the house hadn’t been cleaned/inspected since the previous renter (pancakes under the sofa!, there was an item left by a previous renter) and no one came when I reported it. So, I bought disinfectant wipes and cleaned areas where I knew I’d be. Fortunately the lanai was OK, new frig and microwave worked and the linens had been washed or I would have had to leave.

Spacious and clean

We had plenty of room to spread out and the home was very clean in a very pretty gated community. The kids loved the pool. We did have some very noisy neighbors past midnight several nights, but that’s not necessarily a reflection of the neighborhood as a whole. The house was located 20-40 min from all the major amusement parks, and was a nice place to come back to after long days in the parks. Clean beach towels near the washer/dryer was a nice added touch.

As advertised

We really liked how close it was to Disney World. The first time we approached there was some drama at the gate. We got in after a little trouble with the gate guard. We needed to go get cash to put down the deposit to get the gate card. We really liked how the house looks. The pictures do a great job showing how nice it is. There are some cosmetic nicks and scrapes throughout the house but that's what you expect with the house being geared to families. The pool at the house is nice enough. The hot tub never got hot. But that's really our fault because we never asked the property manager for help with it. There were plenty of towels. We did get nervous one of the nights when there was some noise around the outside of the house. Overall, I'd stay here again.
