I've given 5 stars because the location is great and the condo is spacious. The balcony overlooking the golf course is great.. The furniture was obviously grand in it's day but is now beyond worn out. Kitchen is minimally furnished so if you plan to do any serious cooking you may want to bring your favorite pans and plenty of dishwasher detergent because serving dishes are also minimal. Reception on the TV in the living room is bad but in the bedrooms it's amazingly good. Some WD-40 on the door hinges would help. If the furniture were replaced I would stay here again.

While there was new furniture,there was dirty carpeting ,the ice maker still didn't work ( just like 2years ago),the vent were dirty ( probably needed new filters) and it was a musty smell.

Ice maker leaked when turn on….All carpets need cleaning or replacing….Smoke detector breaker was turned off….Dryer hard to turn on….Microwave/stove top lights inop…Was not informed that Reunion golf all private and was not able to play…..WE came to play golf so we had to find other courses to play…..THAT WAS A PROBLEM…..

We have stayed at this resort 3 years in a row and this is the first time we used VRBO. We usually go through the resort itself, but found it cheaper on here. We chose this resort because it's very family friendly with a water park and multiple pools. It also has a golf course we wanted to play on so we brought our clubs. However, the fine print tells you that you don't have access to the water park or the golf course and have to pay to visit the pools. I was beyond pissed off with this and so were my kids and friends too! If I had known that was the way it would go down once we got there for the entire week, I would not have booked it through VRBO. My buddy and I wound up going to Mystic Dunes to play golf and it's a must if you are there! Then we luckily hit it off with a couple who owns one of the condo's there and she helped get us into the water park with her passes. All in all the condo was very nice and very spacious.

This is our 3rd time staying with you guys. Once in February for my birthday, May for family trip and then September for my husband birthday. As always the location is clean and beautiful! Have no complaints what so ever. We highly recommend it!
