Everything was just as pictured. The location was close to the Disney parks and many eating and shopping locations! The game room and pool was a plus! We enjoyed our stay and will visit again!

Great home for the price!

We loved the location of this home. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. The community pool and amenities were beautiful and were within walking distance from the house. We took a day trip to Cocoa Beach and Crystal River. Highly recommend!

Convenient, Clean and Comfortable!

The property was exactly as was listed. We were extremely pleased and would definitely consider staying again if we are in the area. We were here for a competition for our daughter. Most of the activities were at the Wide World of Sports and this location was very convenient. Yes it is close to the theme parks but also, other stores such as Walmart, the pharmacy and a various shops are just around the corner. The pool and spa, the space of the home and overall cleanliness helped make our trip awesome.

Great place to stay!

Lots of restaurants and about a 20 minute drive to the park. My only issue was that there were just 2 of us, and only 1 toilet paper roller per bathroom and only 2 garbage bags provided. I've never stayed at a place that didn't at least have some reserve supply so we aren't found without. So, make sure you have enough, especially if you have a big group! The security staff was very friendly and the house was perfect. Thank you!

My Blended Family Vacation !!!

My husband of three years, has 4 kids & I have 3 (none together with ages ranging from 13-24). So my husband suggested Disney as a Christmas gift for the family, and it was a GREAT idea and the space of this home had an awful lot to do with it. It allowed the girls to bond while doing their thing in the kitchen and the boys establish a bond sitting at the LARGE FAMILY TABLE, as my husband taught them how to play dominos. However, the patio/pool area allowed US ALL to enjoy each other by laughing and talking about absolutely whatever came to mind. We all love music so I had my daughter to bring her speaker and we played music all day with the patio door open up until quite time. We kept the music going, but with the patio door closed. I honestly would recommend this property (Fairways) to anyone looking for a rental house in the area. This drive to Orlando was a breeze and the drive to enjoy the Miami night life on Saturday night wasn’t bad either. If I had any questions, I simply shot an email and received a response in an acceptable amount of time. After having pillow talk with my husband, he stated, “Baby I could have saved that damn Disney money and just chilled out around the house. They seemed to have enjoyed that more”…….. WHEN I SAY EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, I MEAN “EVERYTHANG” WAS PERFECT !!!! We as a whole, rate this property 10/10 = 5 STARS and It was worth every dime. Amazing vacation .

Everything was great . Beautiful house , great area . Kristy is a awesome host . She is very efficient and very reachable . We had a few small problems as you will in any house and Kristy took care of them right away .
