Worst Experience

This property is AWFUL! From the time we pulled up and it was dirty outside, to walking in and being hit with an extremely musty smell with a gnat infestation the ENTIRE time we were there, to mattresses needing to be replaced, broken patio blinds that give you zero privacy at night, to hair all over the bathroom floors, and plastic clothing tags not being vacuumed up in the master bedroom. We called within the first 20-30 mins of being there to get moved or refunded to be told no to either option due to being in a contract. They only replaced 1 mattress 2 days into our 4 day stay which was an even worse mattress than what was already in there, NEVER had housekeeping come back out to clean or replace the blinds or see if they could take care of the gnats everywhere, so we left a day early to now be told after I sent an email to them that we never made them aware of the other issues. We called all 3 days we were there and have call history logs proving it, they are just trying to find an excuse to not compensate us in any type of way (there’s several more issues I didn’t list in this review). And don’t even bother trying to use the clubhouse pool, it was so overtaken that there was no place to sit! The second onsite pool had several broken pieces of furniture and was dirty. One of the WORST places and experiences we’ve ever had!!
