I have stayed at this property a few times before the 601 Reserve was built and before a timeshare tour soured me. I decided to give Exploria/Summer Bay another try. The property has been well maintained and offers many amenities, i.e. several pools, tennis, a spa... It is conveniently located to dinning, shopping and attractions. After this positive experience, i would stay here again.

Beautiful property. Had an issue with payment-expedia didnt pay by the time we got there so i had to pay twice but the hotel was really nice and refunded the money without issue. The Presidential suite was really nice and came fully stocked with oven, washer and dryer, and kitchen appliances which was so helpful when on vacation. 5 stars in my book.

This place is amazing! We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt at the 601. It was spacious, spotless, quiet and gorgeous! We were in town for softball games and it was exactly what we needed! The whole resort is great!

This place was superb for the money. The room was clean, beautiful and overlooked the pool area. Downfall of my trip was that I didn't have enough time to spend on the property. Definitely coming back again.
