Amazing staycation! Very Clean. Comes fully equipped from kitchen, bedroom, game room, and pool with everything you can imagine or need! TVs galore even around pool! Lights around pool and spa add that extra special ambiance! Great location - close to all Disney parks, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Beautiful, fun parks close by -walkable distance. Not far from clubhouse that adds extra fun time like waterside, games, music, and bar. Will NOT disappoint! We will 100 back!

This villa was everything we hoped it would be for our group of 5. It was so nice to come back from an exhausting Disney day and jump in the pool! Everyone having their own bathroom was beyond sweet! Will stay again and again!

The house was gorgeous and well kept. We stayed in December so it was nicely decorated for the holidays. Our 7-year old loved playing in the game room and sleeping in the Star Wars themed room.

We had the most amazing holiday and this fantastic villa was perfect for our family and had everything we needed and more and made our holiday extra special. The host was amazing both before, during and after our stay and we felt welcomed and looked after. We have a disabled daughter and the host made sure the villa was perfect for her which relieved one stress of the holiday. We couldn’t fault anything and would love to return. Thank you

From the time of enquiring to when we got home we felt so looked after, every question or query we had was answered so quickly by Jen. The villa is amazing and in such a good location for the parks. Everything you need and more is available in the villa. The kids loved playing in the games room and the jacuzzi was a dream helping with the sore feet after a full day at the parks. I cannot recommend a stay here enough and we can’t wait to come again in the future to build more fantastic memories as we did this year. Thank you so much Jen

We had an amazing three-week stay at Jen's beautiful home during our first trip to the US from Australia. The house is incredibly well thought out, providing ample space for our family to unwind after long days of exploring. The pool area is truly sensational; it became our favorite spot for relaxation. My husband loved watching football on the big screen, and the kids and I enjoyed many great movie nights outside. We were so comfortable that we didn’t even take advantage of the onsite recreational activities—everything we needed was right at the house. Jen was an awesome host; while we didn't need much assistance, she was always quick to respond when we did. I can't recommend this property enough. You won’t fault Jen or her stunning home!

This house is perfect for a family vacation. It has everything you could need and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We visit Disney parks every 1-2 years. In the past we have always stayed at a Disney resort. I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient the location of the house is and how easy it was to get to the different parks.

Our stay at the Villa was truly amazing! Jen was an amazing host to work with. The house was perfect. Everything was comfy and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want in your own kitchen to make you feel at home and cook with ease. So many personal touches that made you feel at home or wish you had all these amazing things at your own home. The outside pool and hot tube was so fun with the outside tv and speakers and the projector at night to watch movies is the best way to end a great day at the pool or a day at the Disney parks. I would highly recommend this house and working with jen was just the cherry on top. My family and I can’t wait to book our next trip and stay again!

We used cool change villa as our base for our 2024 trip. We found the villa to be clean and roomy with all facilities we needed to feel at home. On top of this were some extras added by our host Jen We found cool change to be near all major roads and an easy drive to all major parks and attractions. We would highly recommend cool change and the owners who responded to all our many questions in a prompt manner. We would not hesitate to book cool change villa for our vacation in the future.

This was our second stay at this beautiful home! We love it here! Our kids call it “their Disney house” we look forward to our annual trip here with all the amazing amenities from home. We had a great time enjoying all of the amenities this home had to offer. The game room and pool were a big hit with the teenage grandchildren. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything that we needed to make family dinners. The bedding was also a big hit, as the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Had a great time for a large family gathering at Cool Change. House is large and the attached pool with integrated hot tub was terrific. Has all the amenities you need for a vacation home and the game room was a hit with the kids. Sometimes, vacation rental kitchens don't have enough kitchen gear, no so with this house. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and glassware. Enjoyed the home and resort resources (tennis, gym, community pool) and there was a great golf course in the resort next door (Mystic Dunes).

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) just returned from our first ever visit to Florida. We are so grateful to have chosen Cool Change Villa for our home away from home! The Villa was perfect! Beautiful, perfectly clean, with everything we could ever need and so much more! Jen was attentive, very responsive and so easy to deal with. There are so many little extras throughout this home to make everything so easy and stress free. The beds were extremely comfortable, the game room was a blast, the pool was warm and clean and the kitchen had everything imaginable. The only negative part was we had to leave!

This home was perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 teens). The kids loved the gameroom and pool area. The home is perfectly located close to the parks and near several wonderful restaurants. The home was clean and kitchen fully stocked with all appliances and utensils. It was the perfect home for us to enjoy family time together, yet spacious enough for all of us to have our own space when needed, as well. Jen is not only the best host you could ever imagine, but her villa is fully stocked & beautifully designed. In the 16 years we’ve been coming to Windsor Hills, this is by far our favourite vacation home to stay in. Unfortunately for us it’s a lot of other families favourite vacation villa as well. So we can’t always stay there as much as we would like. So if you’re just thinking about booking it, just book it. The Cool Change Villa has become one of the most popular villas to rent in Windsor Hills, because the host is so amazing & the villa is so well equipped & designed. We stayed here at the end of April 2023. We frequent vacation rentals as there is usually 8 of us. This 5 bedroom home was one of the cleanest and kept us rentals we’ve stayed in. Not even a 15 minute drive to Disney. The pool and game room kept our kiddos busy on our ‘off’ park days. The home has everything you need, all kitchenware, toys, baby items, even strollers so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own for the parks or walking around the area. The host Jen is so sweet! A couple welcome gifts was such a nice surprise and tasty too! Thank you Jen for allowing others to come experience your vacation home!

Stayed July 8th to 15th and had a wonderful time at this very clean and well equipped house. It was a 5 star experience in evey way. My granddaughters loved the pool and dress up closet and the adults loved the roominess that allowed us to really relax. Owner quickly responded to any communication and made the process of checking in and out seamless. Pool and waterslides at main clubhouse were great. The check-in process was a pleasant surprise as security quickly offered temporary parking passes that allowed us to come back hours later to complete the check -in process after the main rush dissipated. Would rent this property again without hesitation when our travels take us back to the Orlando area.

This was the absolute perfect house for our family summer vacation! We walked in to a pristine, clean house that had every possible item we could have needed for our time there. The baby closet was such a plus for us traveling with our little one - everything was thought of - down to a baby monitor! Our kids absolutely loved the game room and spent lots of their afternoons there - the air conditioning in the room was a huge plus too! The pool area was used every day and night - we loved the screen for movies at dinner time! The owner Jen is such an amazing owner to communicate with - you can tell she absolutely cares about every family that stays in the house - I’ve never dealt with someone as easy to work with!
