This property was beautiful. Everyone had their own bathroom and the kitchen was amazing. We would definitely rent again.

Nice Home

The house was nicely kept, and the mattress was very comfortable. As a family, we enjoyed access to the pool facilities and the seamless check in process. It was nice how every room had its own bathroom too.

Great Location. House Was Exactly As Shown and Exceeded Expectations. This Townhouse is HUGE!!!

Great Property Management Company. Emailed Regarding Minor Issues, Which most were corrected the next day. The customer service was excellent. And We Really enjoyed the community pool.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most wonderful vacation at this property! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Orlando and this home was the perfect one for our time there. The home (different company) that we had originally booked was canceled THE DAY BEFORE OUR FLIGHTS! We found Casiola online and were THRILLED that they could accommodate us at such short notice. The home was beautifully furnished and convenient to most places. It was the perfect house!Any questions or difficulties that we had were addressed pretty promptly by the staff (difficulty with key code initially, etc.).

Very nice

I paid for the pool to be heated but it wasn’t I didn’t get a refund from the pool not being heated. Call the customer service on Sunday someone supposed to have came to resolve the problem no one ever came. I call customer service again on Monday no one didn’t get back in contact with me about the refund nor update me on the problem I had during my stay.

Lovely Resort and Property

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Solterra Resort and this property are very nice. The house is private especially given the higher density of the vacation townhomes. Loved the back yard with the wetlands and birds. We had a couple issues which the property management company remedied.

Spacious. Great location!

This property is unassuming on the outside and beautiful indoors with plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. Each room has its own bathroom which is always a plus. Amenities were nice. The largest downfall, bugs. A snake was found in the pool, a roach in one of the rooms, and multiple bugs in the lower bedroom.

Cock roaches infested

This home was just like the online pictures and description, with the exception it didn’t mention we would have unwanted visitors (cock roaches) as the property manager called them. The main level bathroom, laundry room, family room, and the entire kitchen area (including all cabinets, pantry, counters, stove top, and the refrigerator) was infested with the nasty bugs. With that being said, I will never book another reservation with Casiola/Vrbo properties.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One small problem. Roaches. House needs to be sprayed for Roaches in the kitchen area only. The rest of the house is in good condition. Just a few small Roaches in the kitchen area. Please spray for Roaches. I'm interested in returning to this same place in the future..once house has been sprayed for insects.

Reunited

Overall our experience was lovely. We enjoyed the privacy of having your own bathroom. The bedrooms were nice and the beds comfortable. There was a slight problem with the door code, but that was quickly remedied. The only suggestion is for the cleaning crews to be done in a timely fashion and to have the homes sprayed for pest after each family departs. Enjoyed my stay and will book again.
