Very nice house!

Very nice house in a great neighborhood. There were plenty of rooms, very spacious for 12 guys to move around during our golf trip. No complaints here with the house being exactly as listed.

Easy living

Super easy check in. Clean linens. Clean pool. The cieling fans are literally out of control. Some broken floor tiles. Lots of scuff marks on the walls. The tiny complementary salt and pepper shakers are adorable. The bar stools are very squeaky. Plenty of towels provided. Some dining chairs broken or loose legs. Overall great time.

Great family vacation

The location of the property is absolutely perfect. The communication with the host was perfect. The beds need a lot of work. I feel bad that such a nice house other guests have trashed. The pool, the hot tub the kids loved it. I think at one time we had 17 guests in there and you never knew it. If they could update the carpet so it didn’t feel crunchy and the beds. It would’ve been absolutely perfect. I give this place a five star review. I recommend you bring extra towels. You have to dump the garbage and you will need more garbage bags. The garbage is picked up every day. Overall, our vacation was wonderful with the kids.

Beautiful Backyard View

This was a very nice house. The house was spacious and had lots of room. I would strongly encourage to have the pool heated. Our weather was cooler but we still had lots of fun in the pool and hot tub. The owner was quick to respond to concerns. The house advertised a high chair but there was not one there when we arrived. The owners made sure one was delivered in a timely fashion. The home looked a little "tired." Some scraps on the walls and chips on the tile floor. But overall, a really nice house!

Horrible!!

My recent stay at this property was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, it was immediately evident that the home was not well-maintained. The walls and stair railings were visibly dirty, to the point that one felt uncomfortable touching them when using the stairs. The carpeting throughout the house was heavily stained and appeared unclean — certainly not something one would feel comfortable walking on barefoot.Several amenities were non-functional or incomplete. The air hockey table did not work, and many of the ceiling fans and lights required remote controls, yet at least half of these remotes were missing. One of the interior doors even had a hole in it, which was both unsightly and concerning.Communication with the management office was frustrating. I had to call multiple times just to reach someone, and when I did receive responses, the messages came across as automated or impersonal. When I reported the poor condition of the property, I was asked to take and send photos — an unreasonable request considering I was there on vacation and it should not be the guest’s responsibility to document issues that should have been identified during pre-arrival inspections.Additional concerns included stained pillowcases, rickety and unclean furniture, and dirty curtains in the living area. While the bathrooms were initially clean, one of the sinks began leaking during our stay, further adding to the list of maintenance issues.Unfortunately, the overall lack of cleanliness
