Beautifully Themed rooms and Theater

This house was beautiful and clean but parking was a major issue if you have more than 5 cars! Some minor issues that is an easy solve was the bed frames could use some attention, stains on the carpet, noisy toilet, surround sound, remotes missing and not programmed, also GPS brings you to the wrong gate. However, this house is close to shopping and also perfect for stay-in fun with family!

Very disappointed in customer service, and would never stay with Florida Vacation Homes again!

We arrived at the house around 8:00pm. Before our arrival I received a message stating that the house had been professionally cleaned and inspected for any damages. We noticed the house didn’t seam to be professionally cleaned. 1. Stains on the couches and dried food on the carpet by the coffee table 2. Hair in sinks and showers 3. Box springs broken in two of the rooms making it almost impossible to sleep in those rooms. 4. There was broken glass in the pool storage box for almost three days before they sent someone to come clean it. (We had 7 very small children/ babies with us) 5. Nintendo switch was broken and out of Commission. 6. Surround-sound was not working due to the sound bar being stolen by the previous guess 7. The AC didn’t start working till day 2 of our stay because they had to remotely turn it on. 8. Water was coming out of the wall in the movie room with bubbles full of water in the walls 9. The coffee pot had no basket to hold filters. So we had to make shift a basket for the filters. 10. Major ant problem in this house! We went to Disney for one day came back to one of the beds covered in ants. We only had food in the common area not in the bedrooms. 11. Multiple chair legs broken. In and outside of the house. My list can go on. What was the most frustrating part was customer service didn’t seam to care and just kept stated we can get a work order placed. When on vacation with a large group and multiple babies/ children it’s not professional.
