A great house. But in the inside of the house carpet needed cleaning, walls needed painting, the garage had a odd.Didn't have enough towels and queen bed upstairs sheets weren't cleaned. The parking is terrible.

Overall our visit in this home was great. Bedding was way more suitable for my family than anticipated. There was minor maintenance thing with the air conditioner making the carpet wet in the upstairs hallway, they sent someone out in a timely manner which was satisfactory. Everything else about the home was great. The clubhouse just had a basic bigger pool. Other subdivisions I've rented had alot more things to do, that you could spend half the day there amd enjoy. But if you know how to keep your family entertained in the home or going out doing things, that minor issue wouldn't matter.
