Amazing Stay at VIP Villa

VIP Villa was an amazing place to stay. Very spacious for our adult party of 14. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Will definitely being staying here again. Thank you Villatel for such a wonderful experience.

Multi generational family vacation

The house was amazing. Lots to do for everyone of all ages We had a couple of issues that were addressed quickly. The staff I spoke with were respectful and helpful and quick to respond.

Amazing kid friendly house

The house was as described, beds were very comfortable, very clean house, everything you would need to keep the kids entertained, having the BBQ area was great, not a great choice of pans if you intend to cook though. We would definitely return here, highly recommend this property

A stay to remember

We had an amazing time staying at this property. With all the amenities, there was no need to leave the house! There is something for everyone. The Villatel staff was always available to help in any way they could. I would highly recommend for any family gathering or vacation.

Surprise Birthday Party

Great property for large groups. There were 16 adults gathering to celebrate an 80th birthday. Great kitchen with 2 refrigerators. The big kids had a blast with all the games. The cinema room was great for watching football playoffs. We did experience some minor issues while at the property but the response from management was excellent. Would highly recommend this property.

No pool Heat

Rented house for family trip in Feb 2024. Pool heat is a must at this time of year. Heat was broken day 1. Notified Villatel management within 30 min of check in. Management led me on every day saying it would be fixed "the next day" knowing it wouldnt be. Let us use neighbors pool, nice but very inconvenient for grandkids (had to escort over) and daughters with small kids sleeping at our house could not enjoy hot tub or pool with family at night due to being nervous about leaving kids alone at our house. Neighbor house was rented day before we left and we were not informed of this awkward. House was nice & clean. Cool games and golf sim worked great. Movie Room sound was lame but worked. Villatel staff were great helpful and polite. But thier Management sucks & refused to talk with me even though they promised they would. Refunded my pool heat money but could care less of how they inconvenienced my family for the week after we spent $7400. Big company who is too cheap to make it right for the paying customer. Could of put us in another house the day we checked in. Because of that I will not rent from Villatel again and Im sure they dont care.

Perfect place for holiday!

I loved everything about the place, the parking area, the spacious sitting area, even the kitchen was amazing. For once in my life I enjoyed cooking, the modern kitchen will lure anyone to get cooking. If you have a family or just a team of buddies, this is the place to go.

This newer Villatell rental was perfect for our family of 21. Comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, with an extra frig and a pool with a great wooded view and resident sandhill cranes.

Marvellous Villa!

This place is marvelous. I was shocked to see the stunning designs on the themed bedrooms, arcade room, and garage. The furnishings of this house were very appealing. Black and white never go out of fashion. I loved the color combination of the fixtures, kitchen cabins, and wall paintings. I loved my stay there.

Clean and Spacious Villa

This is the best house we have ever stayed in. The elderly would spend time talking on the patios next to the pool. Even those that we thought could not enjoy did. Luxurious stay

If you are looking for a luxurious stay then this is the right place for you. This place has so many wow factors in it. I was astounded to see the themed sleeping areas. The pool territory was mind-blowing. The gym and loft rooms were aligned and well organized. The bedrooms and living room surprised me with their beauty.

The stay was amazing overall. There were a few hiccups; however, I would visit again. The one thing that added to the hiccup was getting through the guard gate. I was told several times that my name and other drivers' names were not added to our reservation which prevented us from getting parking passes. This is something that needs to be looked into. This process caused long lines trying to access the property.

Comfortable Brand new House!

This brand new spacious house is very comfortable. Their location is approachable, and the neighborhood is friendly. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are well-organized. The themed rooms & themed garage are designed very uniquely. We loved the arcade room, gym, theater, and pool.

Loved the pool and arcade room!

My grandparents were visiting us from England. We planned a little vacation for them. We chose this place for our stay. My grandmother’s favorite spot was the private pool. She is so fond of the pool and pool-related activities, she enjoyed them a lot. Meanwhile, my grandfather and I were hooked up in the arcade room. I made so many memories there! I would highly recommend this place.

We arrived early so as not to miss a unit only to find so many houses, they are even building more. The machines are moving all the time. The staff was very helpful especially during checking in. Whenever we had an issue they responded promptly.

My kids have been keeping an eye on this place for so long. They were waiting for my holidays so that we can go and have our family gateway. So, they forced us and we booked this resort for a weekend. We had a lovely time there. This place is perfect for a family stay. My wife got excited about the theater. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and clean bedrooms. My kids were busy playing on their own and we were busy enjoying ourselves. Thumbs up for this place.

Great Experience

I took my kids there for a week. Immediately we arrived I noticed some construction, the staff told me they were adding more units. My son enjoyed watching the earthmovers. The experience is as advertised I must say. My son made me promise to take them back next year which I will.

My company sponsored our families for a holiday here. I was surprised to find them still building more units but that did not affect our stay. The gaming room and swimming pool were just amazing. My wife and kids enjoyed every bit of it.

Great kitchen

I have been to many places for holidays but this place won my heart. The best part about it for me was the kitchen, I love to cook. It was well furnished and fully equipped. I got to try some local recipes although my family did not like the results so much. I am definitely coming back.
