Exceptional Home

The pictures do not do this home justice. My family and I loved every inch of this home. There were activities for everyone to do. They did an amazing job on cleaning. I wouldn’t most definitely recommend this house and visit again.

Overall an amazing place. Our family had a wonderful time. The pool, the fun games etc, and the community swimming were all great. The house has plenty of space. The beds are comfortable. Our younger grandchildren loved the princess room. The only issue was in the kitchen. There was an abundance of forks and knives but no normal spoons for eating. None. The pots were small for cooking for a large group. No large pots. Overall this was the perfect place for our family of 24.

Excellent Home for a Family Reunion

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, had everything we needed and everyone enjoyed playing all of the games and activities throughout the house. The check in/check out process was very easy and any questions we had were answered immediately.

Great property for a Disney trip!

This is a beautiful house, and it was perfect for our family of 14. The only negative was that the bowling alley didn’t work. Other than that, we were very happy with this stay!

Very nice villa

Took my team here for a weekend; the fun features were amazing. The swimming pool and video games section were the biggest advantages. The homes’ designs were a thing as well.

We’ve been to countless holiday homes across America but I must say, this place was simply sensational. Being a chef myself, the kitchen was the most ellating aspect. Each unit comes with a fully equipped and functional kitchen. I loved every day I spent in that house.

Best Stay Ever👏👍👌

We usually do an Orlando summer vacation every year, this one by far was our best , love the neighborhood .the property manager was very pleasant and helpful,everyone loved this house , every room had a bathroom , all the rooms were designed beautifully 👌, The house had enough entertainment to keep everyone busy when we stayed in , the only thing I would suggest is another pack and play and a portable stroller, there was a pack and play in the house but we had more than one babies on the vacation, other than that it was by far the best house we stayed in , we give it 5+ stars ⭐️ plus 2 thumbs up , we all highly recommend this house for a good family vacation ,,absolutely LOVE this house.

We have stayed in homes all across America and this one by far meet everyone’s expectations! Beds were comfortable, the kitchen a cook’s dream, game room awesome (per the grandkiddos!😂), pool was a daily delight and the overall facility was very clean! Nice neighborhood and close to groceries/shopping! The price is hard to beat with what you get!

Marvellous theme rooms!

This place is a magnificent piece of art. The integration of the dining room, living room, and kitchen was amazing. My favorite area of this house was the pool site. I loved how they have very comfortable chairs for the sunbath on the pool site. I would give a 10 plus for the mesmerizing ocean-themed room. I loved my stay here.

Awesome awesome house!!!!

My company took us there for a weekend sometime recently; the units are spacious and delightfully designed. The pool table and arcade games brought out the kids in all of us. The indoor swimming pool was just excellent. We even swam at night. The entire experience was just amazing.

Brand New Villa

The beautiful lounge will sweep you off your feet. The TV set in the living room was the best part, I even ditched the movie area. The bedrooms and parking area are spacious too, that’s important for me.

Beautiful rooms!

We feared we’d miss a spot but the units are more than enough- they are building more right next. The most dazzling aspect of our unit was the brightly colored rooms with matching furniture and art. I gotta say, we appreciated every bit of our stay.

Wow, such an amazing villa location plus it is so close to the city. I loved the swimming pool and barbecue area plus the spacious rooms. Don’t know when but I’ll be back soon.

The house was very nice and suited our large group. However , we had to call the hotline several times. One issue was lack of knowledge on out part that the hot water was tankless and takes A LONG time to heat up.However the upstairs washers died with our clothes in them. It took 4 trips to fix. One issue was an overloaded electric cord that actually burned . The bowling game was broken and 3 visits later was still broken .it wasn’t fixed when we left. All the electrical issues were a bit scary. The workmen were very professional. Everything else was great.

Great House For Kids, and Groups, but needs some upkeep.

A survey of adults gave three 7s, six ’s and a 9. All six kids gave a 10. We had a great time at this house. It was more than spacious enough for our group of 19 people. The bedrooms were all large and it was nice having a bathroom in each bedroom. Having the pool right out the back doors really made the trip. The kids were able to jump in any time they wanted to (and they wanted to all the time!). The kitchen/dining/living room area was great for meal times and playing cards. If you have a group that likes to cook, the kitchen is great for cooking large meals; multiple ovens, a nice stovetop, and lots of countertop space. It’s a very large house, and with all the people we had, it echoed a lot, so don’t sleep on the bottom floor if you are a light sleeper. The positives far outweighed the negatives, but there were some negatives. We paid for pool heat/hot tub, and it didn’t actually get turned on until our third day in the house. Upon arrival, the air hockey table did not blow air and the bowling alley did not return balls and the screen was off center. The kids liked the themed rooms, however, in the Pirate Room, the mattresses sit flush with a wooden edge, and they complained about hitting their heads. Also, no dressers in the kids rooms, just closets with no hangars. The kitchen has limited cooking utensils, and no dish towels. We expected less issues in a recently built house. Overall, we had a great experience, and would recommend the house for large groups.
