The resort almost became the vacation!

Such a beautiful property! Looked just like what Florida should look like with the beautiful palm trees. If it wasn’t for the family, I would’ve stayed in every day! Close to every location you need to get to, plus some more! Visited Magic Kingdom, Funspot America Theme Park, Old Towne, ESPN World of sports complex, played miniature golf, and got our famous seafood boil at 192 Crab & Lobster! Beautiful resort, I will stay again!

Just okay for a last minute booking on the 4th

The home is decorated well and the property is pretty but our stay was mediocre. The themed rooms were rearranged. There is only one full bed in one and 3 beds in the other which cause for someone to have to sleep on the couch to give the kids their privacy. Neither TV worked in either theme room, even after maintenance came to look at them. The ice machine didn’t work, which was unfortunate during such a hot week. Don’t use the dryer unless you’re out of the house because it’s insanely loud. Pray nobody stays above you because simple walking sounds like people walking about with weighted boots on. Be prepared to travel with your own dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, hand soap and basic amenities. We were told the resort staff would bring the “starter kit” but it never came, maintenance came 2 days after we requested and nobody ever came to fix the ice maker.

Disney getaway

The unit was nice. Clean and in good shape. The kitchen had everything you’d need. It was 30 mins from magic kingdom which took closer to 40-45 with traffic but only 20-25 mins from animal kingdom.Pros:The pool, splash pad and sand area were niceThere’s another pool right outside the condoThey had a pack n play and high chair available Price was reasonable for the amount of spaceCons:The walls are thin. The people in the unit above us would stomp and jump around upstairs for hours straight. It was so bad one day that I called the front desk and it never improved. They said they could give them a courtesy call but that there is nothing they can do before 11pm which is when quiet time is. We asked before booking about early check in. They said depending on people checking out it may be possible which I completely understood. When I asked again a few days before our trip about checking in 2.5 hours early (at 1:30pm) they said I could for an additional 50 fee. It would have been nice if they told me there would be a fee for early check in when I asked initially. When we checked in, they told us we weren’t allowed access to the fitness center because this was a private condo.
