Loved this resort. Great customer service. Easy check in and check out. The only thing I didn’t like was the infrequency of cleaners coming in. I thought they came in, not everyday, but maybe every other? They didn’t come in once during our week stay. Aside from that, loved the resort. Would come back.

Our room was dirty when we first checked in so we complained to the staff. We were shown three other rooms, one the jacuzzi didn’t work and in another room the jacuzzi was dirty. Third room had stains on the wall a comb on the floor and a snot on the head board. Wouldn’t recommend staying here as they do not clean the rooms very well and they also don’t keep up with room maintenance. Our bathroom door also fell of the track when opening it.

The property was amazing. It was really easy to communicate with the front desk and get any accommodations needed. The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation. Not a lot of street parking near your villa building, but then there was only one parking garage on the entire resort and it was hard to get in contact for a golf card ride sometimes. So prepare to either Uber around certain times if you don't want to lose your parking spot and walk pretty far.

Everything was great and very accommodating but the property being cashless made it "adventurous" to leave cash tips. Other than that I definitely see myself here again.

We arrived at the resort and we were supposed to get a kitchen with unit and did not. Therefore, we had to upgrade to a unit with an out of pocket cost of 280.00 to get a unit with a kitchen. We have dietary needs and this was a must for us when we had booked. We were extremely disappointed at how we were treated. The United they gave us that wr upgraded to was horrible!!! The kitchen barely had a bright light to see and cook. The ceiling fan light was hanging upon our arrival!! The sleeper sofa was broken. There was no full length mirror available in the room. The safe deposit box was broken. There was an ant problem in the bathroom. The lost continues... My husband got burned when he was cooking. The lighting in The kitchen was terrible. We were unable to see anything!! We made several phone calls to the front desk. The woman named Faith that checked us on was a horror show. She gave us keys that were not activated when we got to our 6th floor room. We had to go all the way down to the front desk and have them activated. She gave us the worst unit there was in the resort. We will never return to your resort again. Also we We will let our family and friends know too!

Very homey feeling , a few things that we wish were different and we expected was the water park being apart of our stay, cashless was not expected which was hard since that’s what we came with. Amenities like the extra golfing , fishing paddle boats aren’t included. It was great for us but we don’t come from money and weren’t expecting so the extra add ons we would of done a park but due to all the extra charges and no cash we didn’t have extra to spend.

Check out was 10 but at 9 housekeeping is asking to leave. I will never go to a Westgate hotel ever again. When we booked they had shuttles to and from theme parks. The main reason for being in Florida for our honeymoon. Was told due to employee shortages they discontinued services. Asked to be compensated was told absolutely no. But they apologized for the inconvenience.

The resort its self was really nice and clean. The staff a nice hand full of them are really nasty and don’t want to help you. You would need to go all the way back to the front office

Dirty found bed bugs the first 30 minutes I was there. told the front desk and they called me a liar. The whole resort is extremely out of date! NO WIFI! EXTREMELY POOR CELL SERVICE food was horrible. $126 resort fee. Then another $20 a day to use the pool, that you have to pay when you get to the pool. STAFF HAS THE BIGGEST ATTITUDES. NO HELP WHAT SO EVER!! food pricing is ridiculous!!! $13.95 For 2 chicken fingers!! Food was bad , resort was bad Food was horrible and expensive. Vending machines sell $9 bottles of water. Had to ask for house cleaning to clean my room after 4 days of stay and they never came after making appointment 4 times. STAY WAY!! There’s a reason why it’s so cheap Pay a little extra enjoy you vacation. DONT FALL for the cheap pricing LIKE I DID. You pay for what you get but expect very less. this place needs to be extremely updated or sold to people who are decent and happy. The current staff are all sad and miserable and you can tell get paid minimum wage just because of the service they provide. To there customers. The pool ares ugly n dirty 0 cleanliness. Kids are diving into the jacuzzi tubs. If not that then there are people in them with loud boom boxes and doing shots and if you get close to come in, they let you know your not welcome this place deserves to be bulldozerd and start again. HONEST REVIEW DONT GO ! Spend FEW EXTRA BUCKS ON A RESORT YOU WILL ENJOY BECAUSE THIS ONE IS LIKE STAYING IN A DIRTY ALLEY WAY. 4/23/24—4-27-27

My room was very dated and the toilet broke 3 times… the first being day 1 after I flew in making a noise all night until maintenance came in the morning to fix. The resort is very big and calls for a lot of walking to get around and coffee shop closed at 3…. Hours not very convenient.
