Great Location, Nice Home

The home was beautiful and in a great location. The pool area was especially nice. Only negative was the home's carpeting. Nearly all carpeting is stained and worn. Power cord for X-box shown in game room is missing.

Solid stay. Good accomodations.

We were there to visit Disney World so we were not in the house much. That said. It was clean and a good place to stay. Great sound insulation from the neighboring parties. It dulled all the sound to white noise. Great hot water for a large party. Minor note is the house was a bit dark upstairs, not enough lighting really. Some comments on the rugs needing a deep clean are true but it was still perfectly fine IMO. Very minor nitpick. Easy check-in, no issues, quick communication from management when we booked. All instructions were provided upfront.

The dirtiest house ever. Please do not book you will be highly disappointed.

Linens, house, and pool were filthy. Pool had trash, toys, business cards etc. in the bottom. We had to purchase cleaning supplies and bed linen from Target. I had to call back the next day because no called me back and the pool/hot tub was still cold. They offered someone to come out the next afternoon to clean. They said i refused cleaning after i told them that I had done so the day I arrived due to my infant and elderly mother not being able to be in the filth. The pool was never heated. The carpet was beyond disgusting . I felt better walking outside than in there. Empty potato chip bags behind the bed, throw up on the doors, 12 out the 22 panels of blinds missing, tv remote, and light remotes. The list goes on. We didn’t use the living area because that was disgusting and we never used the pool. We contacted the property manager who asked for pictures and never responded or answered our calls the entire time there after they were sent. This was the worst vacation ever. Had we not driven 11 hours we would have gone right back home. I couldn’t even believe they would rent something like this out. Just know that you are on your own when It comes to this property or maybe they will try to change things because if this review but I doubt It.

Family Kickback

1st time staying in a Vrbo, 3/5 stars. My family consisted of 12 people. The accommodations were suitable for my family makeup. My complaints with the stay are basically “housekeeping” complaints. Overall our stay was ok. We were familiar with the area from previous vacation rentals in Kissimmee. The home is identical to photos posted. The house itself was ok, but could use some renovations. Specifically the colored food stains on several areas of the carpeting. Many of the reviews make this same complaint. We have used the other big name vacation rental site & prefer stays with them. My mom arrived in town earlier than the rest of the group, once she arrived she noticed areas that were not swept thoroughly by housekeeping. We also noticed dirty bed linen & had to replace linen in one of the bedrooms before going to bed (after a long day of travel & errand running.) One of the King suites upstairs also had a smoke detector in which the battery needed to be replaced. While these complaints may seem minimal, the rate our family paid for the rental these fixes can be easily repaired by the property management group, no one wants to take care of regular household worries while on vacay. The pool sticks to pool table have not yet been fixed or replaced. We are a family who enjoys playing pool together and had to pay to go somewhere outside the home to shoot pool. This review is not a kick to property management but more for future customers. In my communication with the property management company prior to purchase of our 1 week rental I was assured that the issues customers before me had complained about were rectified. I probably wouldn’t have rented knowing that some of the previous concerns were not fully addressed. Overall my family still enjoyed our stay in the Kissimmee area. We just probably won’t use this site again.

Horrible Management

We arrived to an unclean home! We could not get in contact with the hosts! We called both numbers and was told by the person who finally responded that they no longer manage the home and didn't know who did! Horrible management of this property! All of the beds had used sheets piled on them and the towels were not washed! Floor unswept! No tissue in the bathrooms. The toilet in the room downstairs was unusable due to being stopped up! Again we had no one to tell this to and get any help with these serious issues! A month later and we are still trying to get a resolution to this issue! We are asking for a portion refunded and they only want to refund $200 which is an additional insult! Stay Away from this home and VRBO and Nova Vacation Homes!! You've been warned!!!

I have stayed at many homes in Windsor properties over the years and this one was on the below average side. The rugs upstairs are dirty with so many stains everywhere we couldn’t walk anywhere without socks or slippers. The main living room downstairs didn’t have enough space for a family to sit and watch a movie. The pool was dirty and the pool lights didn’t work. There is a tree over the pool that doesn’t allow any sun except for around an hour a day so the pool was freezing. A lot of bugs in the yard due to holes in the screens (which were fixed once I complained) a mouse was in the yard the first night. For the price of this home the quality was not there. We also had to buy all our own pool towels and ended up leaving them there due to not having a place to pack them. The game room pool table had no tips on any of the pool sticks. Overall it was a very disappointing home for the price.

Great for family!!!

The home was great for the family. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were also great. Home has all you need to be comfortable. Will be back for sure.
