Great place

We had an amazing time at the house! The officer at the gate was very helpful. When we got there I had to have help with the code and the customer service was great. House was clean and looking good when we got there. Had a small problem with one of the bathrooms, and a plumber was sent in as fast as 20 mins. Pool was clean. I dealt with someone bed Eileen via email and she always responded quickly and so much help!!! Definitely recommend this vacation home and if we come back to FL we will try to stay at same place.

Good but not so good

the house is very good, big, spacious. very clean. the kitchen very well equipped. whenever we needed something the global staff was always available, very helpful and friendly. but I can't help commenting that the single room at the front of the house was full of ants and my son would wake up bitten in the morning. the bed in the main suite is very uncomfortable, it sometimes falls at night and we wake up with back pain. and in the last three days of the stay the jacuzze stopped working which was very frustrating because it was one of the things that we liked to do the most, since due to the covid we didn’t leave the house we called three times for the global office, but the problem has not been solved.

Great stay - Master Bed needs work

The entire process and listing were as advertised and my family and I would gladly stay again. This said, other reviews note the Master Bedroom Bed isn’t put together properly and needs fixing.

Enjoyed our Stay

We enjoyed our stay , not far from all Disney parks or universal studios. It took a while to get in the house when we first got there the code we where given did not work so we had to wait out side a little bit . Bring a can opener, the 2 in the house do not work (they are hand can openers and do not work) other than that they have everything you need to cook meals .

Very enjoyable. You need to improve master bedroom bed. The base collapses. Also the air conditioning in that room doesn’t work well. It gets hot in there. It would help to have a handrail getting into the pool. Other than these things, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks

The pictures don’t do it justice amazing

We had such a wonderful time. The house was spacious and clean. You could smell the cleanliness of it when you walked through the door. It was in a great location very close to Walmart and Disney. Our family had a blast and we will definitely stay here again
